Ce condo d'angle de 7 pieds carr��s a 1965 pieds carr��s d'espace de vie avec trois chambres et trois salles de bains PLUS un grand balcon avec vue imprenable sur le golfe qui peut être appr��ci�� du salon, salle à manger, cuisine et chambre des ma��tres. Ce condo est joliment d��coré et comprend tout le confort de la maison. Carrelage magnifique dans les espaces de vie et les salles de bains. Moquette dans les chambres. Lovely Plantation Shutters partout. Wifi gratuit!

La chambre familiale est confortablement décorée avec des meubles de bon go��t, un tapis confortable et une t��lévision �� écran plat avec lecteur DVD. Le canapé s'ouvrira sur un lit double. La cuisine est bien équipée avec cuisinière / four, micro-ondes, machine à gla��ons et tous les ustensiles et ustensiles de cuisine dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Beaucoup de place dans le garde-manger walk-in! Il y a une table de bistrot dans la cuisine qui peut accueillir deux personnes. The staff no matter if office or building maintenance were great. Although this was first trip that those around the pools late at night would keep you awake that has never been the case before.

The beds were comfortable, there was every item we needed and there was a Walmart across the street, which was convenient to get needed items during the week. The beach access was private, bonus, and the pools were always clean. Security staff was extremely friendly as well. Overall this was one of the best condos we stayed in. PSA...do not try to overnight park at Walmart, they will tow you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in 701E for a week each September for many consecutive years. It’s a beautiful condo, well maintained, in a great location. The only minor complaint is the couch is very old with the cushions sunken in. It’s been this way for several years and is certainly due for replacement. A new couch would make it pretty much perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great winter vacation at Orange Beach in 701E Seachase. This is a great end unit with wonderful views. Teh condo is well stocked for cooking and eating in. It is also very convenient to excellent restaurants. The Seachase staff are outstanding. One small thing to know- the door between the third bedroom and the bathroom appears to be permanently broken, so the room is suitable for kids but not as practical for adumts.

Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Seachase 701E in July. Overall we had a great experience. The condo was spacious for our party of seven . It was well furnished with everything you may need. The kitchen was well stocked, but I would recommend getting rid of the scratch Teflon skillet. The views from the balcony were wonderful and we spent some of our early mornings enjoying our coffee on the cushy chairs and even watched the 4th of July fireworks from there. It was a wonderful treat not to have to fight the crowds in town. The concen withe balcony,if you have small children as we have, is thar the railings are too wide and our 2 year old could fit her head and if turned sideways her torso through them. Made our daughter-in-law very nervous. So, make sure you toddlers are not out there unsupervised. The beach is nice an clean and we had no problems renting umbrellas. There are numerous pools which were not crowded even on this busy week, and the indoor pool and hot tub were generally empty in the evenings which was great.One complaint I have , which is not against the owners but the housekeeping crew, is that the floors were filthy. The day we arrived and were unpacking the soles of our feet were black by the time we were done. I was thankful there was a mop and bucket so I could wash them.Also I think it would be nice if the queen bed was a king. It would make it a more comfortable night's sleep especially in the summer months. We definitely would recommend the condo to others, and plan on coming back in the future. It is a nice pace to stay.

Beautiful, Clean Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family comes to Orange Beach every year, and we. really enjoy staying at Seachase. This unit is one of my favorites so far. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how clean it was. The kitchen has every appliance you could possibly need. The third bathroom was a bonus for my daughter so she didn’t have to share with her brothers. My only recommendations would be to update the king bed(large craters to sleep in), have some extra blankets and pillow cases.

The condo was a good size for 7-8 people and was an end unit which was nice. The owner had all the kitchen supplies we needed and we lacked for nothing when we were ready to cook. We found the people who oversaw the condos to be helpful, responsive, and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
