Les réservations de dernière minute ne posent aucun problème. Tout vous est envoyé par e-mail.

Plus près de l'eau et vous y seriez lors de votre séjour au Romar Place 205! Balcon avant du golfe et suite parentale. À quelques pas de la plage!

Rien de plus simple. Il n'y a rien à ramasser ou à renvoyer. Dirigez-vous directement vers la plage et amusez-vous! Il n'y a pas d'arrêt sur le chemin de la plage, pas d'enregistrement, pas de départ. Vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous rendre dans le condo et y entrer avant de quitter la maison.

Notre condo au 2e étage est professionnellement décoré dans des bleus et des verts éblouissants des Caraïbes. Quatre télévisions par câble et plus de 195 DVD signifient qu'il y a du divertissement pour tout le monde. Une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur dans le condo vous ramène rapidement sur la plage en combinaison étanche. Dînez ou détendez-vous sur le balcon tout en admirant la vue sur la plage et en regardant les dauphins s'ébattre. Une vue imprenable sur la plage et la piscine extérieure et l'emplacement idéal pour les escaliers font de ce condo de trois chambres et deux salles de bain en bord de mer l'endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille!

Romar Place 205 dispose également d'une chaise haute et d'un Pack 'n Play pour faciliter les vacances avec un tout-petit!

Much needed getaway....

Absolutely perfect. We have been to the Gulf five or six times and this is probably our favorite property. 2nd floor, so you don't need the elevator. Oceanfront but also looks down on the pool. The master faces the ocean, there was plenty of room for our family of 5, each kid had their own bed...full washer and dryer. Just perfect.

Excellent Spring Break Stay

Stay was amazing. Property is great! Furniture in the living room has been updated(Blue in case the pictures are updated later) with very nice and comfortable couches and chairs. TONS of beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, umbrella, sand toys you name it its there. In the kitchen there are plenty of everything, we even used the crockpot and waffle maker. We enjoyed some of the games provided in the condo. The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful. There are a number of rules for the pool and property, but that is what keeps it nice! ie no kids under 12 in hot tub, no drinks other than water in indoor pool, and they are enforced. The parking fee is also now 50 per car I think it says 30 on the listing. I wouldn't hesitate to book this, we will definitely return.

A few days to relax

This condo is just perfect for a beach vacation! You have a beautiful view of the beach and pool. It was cool while we were there but we still hung out on the balcony everyday! Plenty of room inside and lots of extras. Beach chairs, umbrella, etc were so nice so we didn’t have to rent them. Overall a great time!

Beautifully furnished

Loved our stay. The condo was roomy and light with a lot of beautiful views. It was well furnished with everything we needed to have a relaxing wonderful stay. The owner is accommodating and kind The manager and grounds caretakers were all friendly. Even the young man who rents the chairs was very nice even though we didn’t rent a chair.

Above and Beyond

This condo was absolutely fabulous! One of my favorites and Orange Beach! The accommodations were perfect! Ammenities were above and beyond what is usually inside a condo- we had good toilet paper and heavy paper towels plus extra supplies in the kitchen that normally are not provided! Bonnie was very easy to get in touch with! Thank you Bonnie for a great quick trip to the beach! I hope to return!

Great location and well kept condo

The condo is not green which is a huge relief, it is a cool, calming blue color. The condo had all the amenities needed for a hassle free stay. The owner made sure and communicate clearly all pertinent info related to the condo and the association. They also responded timely to messages. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Last minute booking

This was a fairly last minute booking for a baseball tournament. I booked maybe a week before due to my son staying with the team and me not being sure if my other children were going to be able to come. Miss Bonnie was in Israel and still managed to accommodate all my messages very quickly. Home was very clean and neat. Great place and very friendly staff. Some maintenance was being done while we were there and we were informed ahead of time and reminded day of by front desk. They were very courteous. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully get to stay again!

IT's NOT GREEN!!! LOL

My kids were not thrilled about the green walls, lol. But it has been painted a very lovely (calm) blue/grey color. Flooring has been updated as well. Pros: The balcony is shaded almost all day (not during breakfast), so we had almost every meal outside. Easy beach access. Owner had everything we needed (except we brought a football and a volleyball)- beach chairs, cart, toys, nets, umbrella. Literally perfect. There are even Tupperware containers for leftovers in the unit. Cons: Don't make bacon in the oven, the smoke detectors went off fairly easily. All pans are non-stick, not my preference, so clean-up was a bit of work. The neighbors above us sounded like they were moving furniture (not quietly) THE ENTIRE WEEK- 7:30am to 11:00pm. It was by far the worst part of the trip. But that's not Bonnie's fault, and very well could have just been isolated to those specific people. The only thing I wish we had was a little table for games on the beach or by the pool (no tables other than by the grills). A couple days into our stay, we realized we were suddenly out of garbage bags and toilet paper- we were only supplied with what we started with. I texted Bonnie about this- she immediately apologized and offered to Venmo us the cost of the items. This trip was absolutely worth the cost and I would 100% recommend that people stay here! Thank you for the beautiful, relaxing vacation, Bonnie!
