MISE À JOUR: Vous venez d'installer un tout nouveau spa Sundance!

Ceci est notre maison de vacances familiale située au lac Winnipesaukee, à seulement un mile de Weirs Beach et un court trajet de 11 km de Gunstock Mountain! Super emplacement qui donne un accÚs incroyable à tout ce que la région des lacs a à offrir!

Il s’agit d’une vĂ©ritable cabane en rondins (bien nommĂ©e Winnipecabin par nos petits garçons) avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une grande cour clĂŽturĂ©e, un garage simple, un bain Ă  remous, et plus encore! La cabane est Ă  seulement 500 pieds (4Ăšme maison en haut de la rue) du lac sur une rue sans issue avec accĂšs partagĂ© (environ 25 pieds de large) pour dĂ©poser facilement un kayak, une baignade, une flotte ou un poisson de glace en hiver!

La chambre principale est à l'étage et dispose d'un lit queen size avec lits superposés, télévision et une salle de bain complÚte. En bas, il y a deux autres chambres, chacune avec un lit complet et une autre salle de bain complÚte avec laveuse et sécheuse.

Le salon principal est à aire ouverte avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Le salon a une cuisiniÚre à gaz confortable et la télévision par cùble.

La cabine dispose d'un grand porche qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de la cabine et d'un nouveau bain à remous pour les nuits fraßches, d'un gril à gaz et de chaises Adirondack pour se prélasser.

En descendant du porche, la cour est plate et trĂšs spacieuse avec beaucoup d’espace pour les jeux de jardin! Apportez des trous de maĂŻs, des fers Ă  cheval, du kanjam, etc. et n'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  utiliser le foyer lorsque le soleil baisse et que les envies de guimauve vous envahissent!

Il y a une grande allée avec beaucoup de places de parking et nous avons un garage simple si vous avez besoin de ranger des choses pendant votre visite.

L'emplacement est imbattable, super proche de tout. Il y a beaucoup à faire en toute saison avec un tel accÚs au lac, au ski et à tout ce que la région a à offrir!

Gathering of friends

This cabin in the suburbs was a great location for old friends to meet up in the middle of winter from all over New England. The check in process was easy, the place was clean and inviting, and the hot tub was just what we wanted. The place had everything we needed in the kitchen. It lists a bunk bed, but it was actually 2 fulls and a mattress in the closet.. which was fine for us. The lake is just a few houses away and I assume you have access (it was a very windy cold weekend, so we couldn’t enjoy that part). The neighborhood was quiet, but I’m sure that may not be the case in the summer, but the parking and privacy was good at the house.

Hosts were very responsive to all our questions and super helpful. The cabin was great, clean, had all the necessities we needed and the hot tub was great to come back to at night. Wish we had longer to enjoy all the things, would love to book the cabin again in the future!

Beautiful location and home

The property is small, but the house is gorgeous. If you’re looking for the log cabin experience, you found it here. It is close to the water there are kayaks to use. Also, it’s very close to all the excitement downtown! So many things to do we really couldn’t do them all in a few days we were there, but it would highly recommend the tiki boats. It was so much fun ask for Steve he’s a sweetie.

Perfect Spot for your family get away

We can’t say enough about this charming cabin. Plenty of room for 6 adults plus kids. Convenient to all of the Weirs beach attractions located less than 10 minutes away. Excellent owners to work with and we will be repeat renters.

Great cozy cabin for a weekend at the lake!

My group and I stayed at the cabin for a winter weekend and some pond hockey. The cabin is as advertised and Wendi was great to work with and very responsive to our questions. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for comfortable cozy spot to spend up at Lake Winnipesaukee.

Great Family Friendly House Near Gunstock!

Our family of 6, including 4 kids (4-11), had an amazing time. Close to Gunstock with nearby access to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was super clean with nice amenities to keep the kiddos entertained! They were sad to leave. Looking forward to staying again the future!

My boyfriend and I loved our two night stay at the Winnipecabin! Great location and quiet neighborhood. Although it took several hours for the cabin to get warm we were comfortable the rest of our stay. Wendi was great to work with and very accessible. We are definitely considering another stay in the summer!

We loved the log cabin. The pictures don’t do it justice. Very cozy and a lot activities to do at the cabin and at the lake at the end of the street. The Love family have a beautiful house and can tell they put a lot of love into creating winnecabin! We will be back.

Perfect Weekend Getaway Location!

My friends and I were looking for a nice log cabin for a birthday weekend getaway and we were not disappointed! Everything was as described, the pictures don’t do the cabin justice. It was clean, easy to access, close to restaurants/attractions and it was easy to contact the host. I would recommend staying here for a log cabin feel with modern amenities. I like to visit different locations and don’t usually stay at the same place twice but I would stay here again in the future!

Birthday Get Away!

What a beautiful property in a beautiful area. I came here to spend my birthday with family and close friends to see the fall foliage. The colors were stunning on our local drive! The cabin is beautiful, clean and the amenities were plenty. I just wish that I had time to relax in the hot tub on the back patio! There was just so much to do and see so we stayed gone most of the day. The owners are awesome and quick to respond. They are so easy to get along with and were so accommodating to our needs. I would most definitely rent this beautiful log cabin home out again!

Great for all group types and all seasons, read on...

We went in March for a ski / snowboard trip and chose this cabin due to the proximity to Gunstock Ski Area (11min drive). We very much wanted an outdoor hottub which this cabin has (fits 6). The hottub seemed brand, was very clean, modern and had great features like lights in the water and multiple jet settings. The hottub area is also in an area on the back deck that provides plenty of privacy. Also, there are lights along the roof line of the back deck area that were a nice touch once we found the remote to control them.. The cabin is beautiful on the inside. Downstairs you walk in to a dining room to your left, kitchen on your right, and living room straight ahead. The kitchen has many plates, glasses, silverware, and a corkscrew among other things included. There wasn't no dishwasher but we did not mind washing our own dishes. There are two bedrooms down the hall to the right past the kitchen which are good size each with lage enough beds for two. One room even had an additional fold out mattress in the closet that could work for one person. There was a heat zone thermostat in one of the rooms for that area. Another thermostat was next to the living room area. The living room has two couches. One was slightly larger than the other (think 3 couch cushions and 2 couch cushions). We noticed thr larger is actually a pull out bed as well if needed. Plenty if pillows and even blankets in the foot rest. The gas burning fire place in the living room was easy to use and kept us cozy as we watched a movie and played some card games. That's right, we found some games in the upstairs closet in the hallway. There are two full bathrooms with one on each floor so people can be showering at the same time if necessary. The upstairs bedroom is where we slept. I would consider it the master. In that bedroom is a large bed as well as a set of bunk beds. We actually noticed a cute area that was set aside with an additional small mattress perhaps suitable for a young child. There was a washer and dryer on the first floor for laundry as well. The WiFi worked great and the cabin comes with Netflix on the TV in the living room and master bedroom. You can login to other streaming services as well but be sure to log out when you're done. There are plenty of well written easy to follow instructions with pictures for how to use all of the features the cabin offers but the owner is also very responsive if anything should arise. Super close to the lake and hiking as well.

Quick hiking getaway

We met up with our son and his girlfriend for a quick weekend hiking getaway. The cabin was cozy and clean, with easy access to stores and restaurants in the area. Communication with Wendi and Bobby was easy and clear. Overall perfect for our needs. Thanks for letting us stay!

Just like all the other reviews say. The house, location, check in and communication with the owners are all great. Particularly ideal is the late checkout. I have a family of 8 and getting packed up and out of a house by 9am-10am like a lot of properties want now a days is a major challenge sometimes. I wouldn't look anywhere else for a stay in Laconia.

We are an adventurous family of 5 hailing from Connecticut. Native's of Nebraska and Boston, we met on Grand Cayman island in our early 20's and never looked back. Since then we've added a few kids and our awesome log cabin up at Lake Winnipesaukee that our boys named Winnipecabin.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Wendi spent many nights in her childhood up at Winnipesaukee and Bobby, being from the midwest, often visited the large lakes in the Ozarks and Table Rock. When it came time to find the perfect spot for our family to get away to we found it in Winnipecabin and especially considering the insane amount of activities the Lake Region has to offer!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I mean, it's a log cabin. There's something special and warm about a log home that we really wanted to have as a part of our family. Whether we walk up from a kayak at the cabin's water access or warm up by the fireplace or in the new Sundance Spa hot tub after skiing and snowboarding all day at Gunstock, the cabin is a cozy place to bring a family together.
