Ce chalet confortable est parfait pour une famille de 4-6. Il s'assied et surplombe le lac avec une vue spectaculaire!
Le café du matin sur le maître sur votre propre terrasse privée.
Criblé dans la zone pour manger aussi.
Association de 5 maisons, plage privée à seulement 30 pas! Parfait pour jouer et nager avec une plateforme de bain.
Marcher en ville seulement 2 dixièmes de mile du centre-ville de Meredith (restaurants, magasins, glaces et supermarché).
2 places de parking disponibles.

Cette maison est également idéale en automne et en hiver. Gunstock montagne à seulement 20 minutes avec beaucoup d'activités saisonnières pour tous les âges.
North Conway, Attitash et Waterville sont à moins d'une heure pour d'excellentes activités de ski et d'hiver.

Relaxing Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay! The view is incredible and the property and clean and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised by the bottle of wine left for us on our arrival. It was the perfect setting for our quick weekend away. We will definitely be back!

Lovely view, you do have to bring you own sheets and towels but everything else was provided. Owners are very nice :)

September in Meredith

Our family, including our two young sons, absolutely loved our stay. You can’t beat the views out to the lake and the convenience of a quiet sand beach just steps from the house. The check in process was smooth and the owner was very responsive to questions. We hope to book here for our vacation next summer!

Peaceful Lookout

The Property was clean and seemed well maintained. Great views of the lake. There were stairs down to the waterfront but it was lovely there, great for swimming and water stuff. Water levels were high so not too much area for sitting, there were tables and a swimming dock. Waterfront is shared but this was never an issue and never crowded. Cottage was well equipped. No air conditioning but plenty of fans and it was comfortable. Master had lovely view and sliding doors to deck. Very nice spent a lot of time there. Hosts were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this property to others

Comfy house and beautiful view

My husband and I loved our stay at the charming little house. The deck was perfect for gazing out at the beautiful lake view which is one of the best we have seen. Margo and Matt were very helpful with anything we needed and were very friendly.

Perfect lake cottage getaway

This was a perfect long weekend getaway for us. The cottage had a great layout, spectacular views of Lake Winni from the deck and a nice little beach to hang out and swim. What was the even better was that it’s walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Meredith. Margo was a tremendous host and was available at the drop of a hat with any questions we had. We will definitely be looking into staying here again when we come back to Winnipesaukee.

Great Location

This is a nice little cottage. It has a great view looking down Meredith Bay with Gunstock Mountain in the distance. Lakefront with a small private beach and a dock, that we fished off of. Easy walk to Meredith where there are many nice shops and restaurants. Also walkable to Hanafords Grocery store. Was very quiet at the house the week after Labor Day. The only negative was that the wi-fi was very weak in the lower level where the kitchen and living room are located, also in the second bedroom. Was best outside on the lake side and in the master bedroom. We wanted to sit in the LR after dinner and browse the web and couldn’t - had to go outside.

Awesome views with a cozy, cabin feel

Thank you Margo, Andy and Kim! Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at your cottage. The views were amazing and the proximity to the beach was priceless. We highly recommend this unit if you're looking for a place to stay in Meredith. It's in walking distance to town. If you have small children, the beach is perfect. Amazing Vacation

Great treat

There are two things that I would like to mention about this place. First is the location. It is a great view to wake up with every morning. Second is the accommodation. The house is clean and well served. The owners are friendly and treat you with care and respect. The first thing that impressed us a lot was that when we walked in, there was a handwritten welcoming note signed and on top of it was a bottle of Italian red wine. That might not seem such a big deal but it was for us because right there we realized that owners of this house cared. We look forward to returning again. KB

Outstanding view of Meredith Bay

Our family enjoyed this property. Owners were very attentive to all the details. While we didn’t have the best of weather we still managed to enjoy several outdoor activities excluding a sail on the Mount Washington boat and a hike to the top of Mount Major. The property was perfected located within walking distance to town. We would certainly stay at this property again for it was spotless and very comfortable.

Perfect relaxing family vacation

This was our first trip to Lake Winnipesaukee. We were looking for an end-of-summer family vacation where everything was in arms reach and this was perfect! The cottage was very comfortable and perfectly appointed. We enjoyed meals in the screen porch over looking the lake and enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of Meredith Bay at night from the upper deck. But I have to say we spent most of our time down on the beach :) We have a 5 year old and a 3 year old, and I am 7 months pregnant so having on-property sandy beach access to the lake was just awesome. It was so great to not have to schlep everything and instead just walk few steps back up to the house for snacks, bathroom breaks, naps and forgotten items! We truly all enjoyed beach-sitting, sand toys, swimming, and floating right in front of the house. We also really loved the easy access to the town of Meredith - we walked and drove to town to stroll through the shops and dine out. And grocery stores and other necessities were all super accessible. The hosts were great too. Margo was very responsive digitally and we ended up meeting Kim who was super friendly and helpful and gave us a few great tips! Very peaceful vacation for us - we loved it and may be back next year! :)

Great Summer Get Away!!

My girlfriends and I get together and go somewhere different each year. This was by far, one of the best places we have been. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, coffee, and shopping. There is so much to do in the area. You can swim at the private beach 30 steps down from the cottage, take morning walks around town or on a nearby track, drop in to a yoga class, or enjoy a drink at the Town Dock while watching the summer activity on the water. You can also rent paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, or take a trip on a scenic cruise boat. The cottage has a deck that overlooks the water and we enjoyed having our coffee on it each morning. There is also a screened in porch which was very useful at night once the mosquitoes came out. We had plenty of room, as there is a queen bed, a full bed with a twin bunk above and a sofa that pulls out to a full bed. The top bunk should probably only be used by a kid as it is not for a 60 year old woman. We also wished there had been air conditioning as the weather was hot when we stayed. One of the owners Kim, was very helpful in directing us on what to do and where to go and I was able to communicate with Margo through emails and always received a timely reply. We would definitely stay here again!!
