It’s a wonderful spot a lazy to take in the mountain-town charm from the comfort of home. The bedroom is tucked toward the courtyard, away from it all. You’ll have a full kitchen, dining table fr 4, TV in both the living room and bedroom, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

Forget driving around looking for somewhere to eat or something to do. Step outside and you’re already there. Frisco’s Main Street is full of local restaurants, great little stores and coffee shops. Don’t skip the awesome historic Museum. Depending on when you visit, you might even catch live music or a local festival. Getting to the slopes is a breeze with bus stops to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain right on Main Street.

Please no animals of any kind in the home. This is an exception to keep our son safe. He has asthma.

Close to the lake - just a few blocks from Frisco Bay Marina.

The condo is located on the second level - stairs must be climbed.

Parking. Free outdoor parking for one vehicle.

Hot Tub. After a day of adventure, you can soak in the hot tub in the courtyard. It’s a community hot tub, but there are only four units there.

Internet. Fast and free Wi-Fi in the unit.

No AC. No one has it up here, the cool, summer evenings and chilly nights keep the space comfortable. Please open the windows in the evening, and use the fan provided.
