This studio, 1-bathroom condo is an excellent choice for up to four people! Relax in front of the flat-screen TV and wood fireplace to catch the game or the morning snow report. A large sliding glass door provides plenty of natural light and leads to a balcony with superb views of Mount Royal and the surrounding peaks. The kitchenette lets you whip up snacks and meals when you’re not enjoying Frisco’s great dining options.

Great, clean, well-kept spot close to Main Street. Safe location with convenient parking. Space is small but space is maximized with Murphy bed and other folding furniture. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location for Enjoying Downtown Frisco

Great spot in downtown Frisco—walkable to restaurants, shops, holiday events, and close to the marina. The place is small but really well laid out and super clean. The murphy bed was comfy, and the view was a nice bonus. Quiet neighbors, fast and helpful communication with the host. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Condo and Great Location

This is our third stay in this complex, and this condo was by far the best. It was perfect for two people. Everything was very clean. The location was easily walking distance from Main Street and good restaurants (checkout HH at Fifth Avenue Grill and Vinny’s). I hope to stay here again.

Loved the location. It is walking distance to downtown Frisco and a few of the hiking trails. It was very clean and comfortable. I did mention that they need to purchase new sleeping pillows every few months. The ones we had were so flat that I had to go and buy a new pillow for myself. Other than that, it is a great place to stay. Also, I do realize that there is no air conditioning, and they do have a floor fan, but maybe installing a ceiling fan would help with air circulation. I also missed that there is no "in unit" washer and dryer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo is really good for accessing the various ski resorts. Communication with the rental company was excellent from start to finish. The quality of the condo and its cleanliness were spot on. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in centre of Frisco

The property is super clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Great view outside of the balcony. We are a family of 3 and enjoyed our stay here. Plus the communication with the property management was excellent.

Great place for what we needed.

Check in process was very smooth and easy, indoor parking was great. We were so close to so many trailheads and a block from main street. We did not spend much time at our place, but it had everything we needed! Would stay again if we return to this area!

Frisco Getaway

We came to Frisco, one of our favorite places to play, to see a concert at 10 Mile Hall. The condo was perfect for what we wanted and would definitely stay there again!!

Great location for Summit county

Everything was as shown, bed was even pretty comfortable! Having a humidifier in the room was a great plus to adjust to the drier air. Mountain view was fantastic!

My husband I really enjoyed this place. It is good if you are planning of staying for a weekend but not any longer as it is just small. For my and just my husband tho it was nice and clean. Would stay again.

Great location and perfect place for couples ski getaway

This place was clean and well stocked with essentials and a very modern look. It's very small, but the space is used impeccably and makes it feel bigger than it is. The location is perfect. Short drive to several ski areas and walking distance to Frisco's awesome main street with many great restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Frisco studio with a Murphy bed that felt spacious because of good use of space. 1 block from Main St. with nice restaurants and cute shops. Beautiful view of mountains from the balcony.

Great mountain view from balcony! Walking distance from everything. Including music in the park and our favorite breakfast spot ever "the butterhorn" Our first time in. This area. Was great.

Clean and cute set up. The bed was quite uncomfortable and the hot tub jets didn't seem to work. Prefer private owners as well. Felt like I was messaging a call center.
