In summer, walk to the Frisco Marina, beach, and playground, or explore nearby hiking and biking trails.âš
Our unit is fully stocked with amenities and includes a full kitchen.

Two parking spaces are allotted for this home. There is 1 assigned parking space #2 under the carport on our side of the parking lot (The #2 space on the other side is for the other building. Another spot is available in the lot next to the carport, first come first served parking. 2 parking passes are in the front of this book. Return them to this book at check-out to avoid a $100 replacement cost for each pass.

Numbered 2 and is located on the backside of the building.
TV & STREAMING
The living room has a smart tv and offers Xfinity cable. Both bedrooms have Xfinity cable. If you log into Amazon, Netflix, or other streaming services, please log out before checking out.
WASHER & DRYER âšStackable washer and dryer is located in the kitchen, with detergent provided above it or under the kitchen sink.âš
SLEEPER SOFA LINENS
A linen set and extra pillows are in the master closet. If used, leave the sleeper sofa open with the sheets on for housekeeping to remove.
THERMOSTATS
This home has 3 thermostats that controls radiant floor heating. One in the entryway and one in each bedroom. When checking out, set all thermostat to 60 degrees.âš
COOL AIR
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.âšâš
TALKING TRASH
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the kitchen trash is full, please take the bagged trash to the dumpster in the parking lot, next to the carport.âš
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES
Extra batteries are in the kitchen cabinet above the microwave. For hard-to-reach ceiling lights, please contact us, and let us know if youâd like it done during your stay or after check-out. Be sure to include the property name in your email.
