This charming, updated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo sleeps 6 across a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Ideally located, this condo is a short walk to Frisco Main Street, Ten Mile Creek, and the free Summit Stage bus. It is also minutes from the Frisco Bay Marina, and the Frisco Adventure Park. You are never far from the shopping, dining and activities that Frisco has to offer! This unit's central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.

Upon entry, guests will find themselves in the open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and is fully updated, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. The dining table seats 4, with additional seating for 2 more at the breakfast bar.

The living room offers a cozy gathering space complete with a gas fireplace, large mounted Smart TV, and modern furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy mountain views from the living room or the private balcony.

Past living room, you will find the primary and guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, mounted Smart TV, dresser, and en suite 1/2 bath. The guest bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunkbed, and a desk. The guest bathroom provides single-sink vanity and a separate water room for the toilet and walk-in shower. The bathrooms are both tastefully updated. For your convenience, each bathroom is stocked with an initial supply of toiletries.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

This condo was great! Very clean and comfortable. Close to Main Street in Frisco, we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. About 15 minutes to Breckenridge. We would definitely stay here again.

Newly updated and very well furnished condo. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops, and city bus to ski areas. Particularly liked closets that weren’t locked up as at other properties. Rapid service was provided when needed on site. Onerous rules and regulations and no-refund policy after booking almost made me cancel, but I closed my eyes and went ahead.

We loved the location, easy walk to Main street which is the #1 requirement we have when booking for our annual Frisco family vacation. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the private balcony. The space was very clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled. Negatives from the experience would be that there was scheduled roof replacement being done while we were there that was not told to us in advance, only after we had booked the nonrefundable stay, I would have appreciated being told about the scheduled maintenance prior to booking as it did cause noise early in the mornings, limited the parking and the pot smoking employees on their break right outside our balcony window made for a bit of an unpleasant experience, especially with our young children. I would not discourage anyone from staying here based on our stay, it was just bad timing with the roof. I do think it is a lovely rental and we were checked on several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Fantastic little home away from home. Nicely outfitted and had everything we needed. We did not need our car while we were hear as it is walking and biking close to everything. We will definitely be back.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
