Upon booking confirmation, you'll receive a unique door code that will grant you access to the property starting at 4:00 PM on your check-in day. No need to worry about keys—simply enter your code and step into your coastal retreat.

For check-out, the door code will automatically deactivate at 10:00 AM on the day of departure, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of zero-hassle check-in and check-out throughout your stay!

The entire property is yours, make yourself at home! Please do not tamper with locked owners closets.

House Rules:

1) Minimum Rental Age and Party Guidelines:

The minimum rental age for The Emerald Escape is 25 years old.
To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, large, loud parties are not permitted. Guests hosting such gatherings will be kindly asked to vacate the property.

2) Pet Policy:

Well behaved, potty trained dogs are allowed. No more than 2 dogs, and under 50lbs each. We ask that you’re mindful of muddy paws, respectful of our furniture and linens, and pick up after your pet in the backyard. Pets are not allowed in the pool. There is a $200 pet fee that must be paid prior to arrival.

3) Non-Smoking Property Policy:

Our home is a strictly non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests who violate this policy will be required to vacate the property immediately and will be held responsible for ozone treatments and additional cleaning costs incurred.

4) Check-In and Check-Out Times:

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
Kindly adhere to these times, as we require ample time to prepare and clean the space for our next guests' arrival.

5) ! Weather Related Refunds !

We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

6) Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.

A $500 security deposit will be held 24 hours prior to arrival and released after checkout once the cleaning team inspects the home and finds no damages
