This luxurious furnished 2 bedroom + den (or third bedroom), 2.5 bathrooms Penthouse overlooks downtown and the inner harbor and boasts a total of 1585 sq ft (148m2) of living space, making it the largest unit in the building.
This one-of-a kind unit features a 400 sq ft primary patio with a full dining table, 2 tanning recliners, couches and a fireplace; plenty of room to enjoy outdoor dining. The primary bedroom has a separate patio for two to enjoy the sunset, wine and ocean views. The main floor patio has a gas BBQ.
This hidden gem is centrally located in the core of downtown Victoria. Its location allows for privacy from neighboring buildings and is quiet despite being in the heart of the city.
