Véranda filtrée a une fontaine, piscine chauffée d'eau salée / spa, salle à manger / salon et barbecue à gaz. Rénovée en 2017, cette maison immaculée avec un plan d'étage ouvert dispose de nouveaux meubles et draps ainsi que d'une décoration de bon goût. La grande cuisine offre l'audio Bose, un espace illimité pour les comptoirs et les armoires, des sièges de bar pour 4, des sièges de table pour 4, de nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, verres et de nombreux outils / gadgets de cuisine. Le salon dispose de nombreux sièges confortables et d'une grande télévision par câble. Les deux chambres ont un grand bureau, une salle de bains moderne, un grand placard et une télévision à écran plat avec câble. La chambre bonus a un futon queen et un accès à la piscine. Le garage attenant offre un parking pratique, une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur et beaucoup d'équipement de plage.

First ime to Venice

In the past we've stayed in Madiera Beach. Decided to go a bit more south and were able to book this lovely house for the month of February. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everyhing we needed tp cook.The location is a short drive to beaches and historic downtown Venice. There are many great restaurants and so much shoppimg as well. We walked the neighborhood or Legacy Trail almost eveyday.Our grandson visited for a week and was in the pool everyday; so nice to have a privare pool. The house is wel stocked with beach equipment, beach towels and linensJim quickly esponded when we had questions.5 stars all the way

Best rental we have booked in Venice area!

Our stay was fantastic! The house is well-appointed and, literally, comfortable; even when we set the thermostat to a higher temperature, the house stayed cool. And, the water pressure! It’s fantastic! You can definitely tell that the owners have taken their time to make sure you can find almost anything you might need for your stay. The location is perfect; close to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The pool is nice and the property is enclosed by a privacy fence. Even the garage is climate controlled! Communication with the hosts was easy and timely. This is, by far, the best rental we have booked in Venice.

Quiet residential neighborhood. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. Extremely clean

Loved staying here for 10 weeks. Lots of parks ! The pool was very relaxing . So many birds in the backyard. Nice to have your morning coffee outside and watch the blue jays and woodpeckers. Very close to downtown Venice…. A short drive. Quaint with very good restaurants. Our host was truly remarkable and very accommodating ! Would definitely stay again and again and again !!!!

Nice home!

The house is nicely appointed and worked well for our month long stay. Very convenient to area attractions and beaches. WiFi and TV service was easy to use. We have a dog and the privacy fenced yard was nice. Very quiet neighbors. We used the pool daily and it was a good break from the heat. I walked our dog 4-5 miles every morning and there is good access to well-lighted sidewalks. There’s also a nearby city park with nice tennis and pickleball courts. Would stay here again!

Absolute paradise

This is the second time we have stayed at this host’s home so that should tell you right there how much of an excellent property this home is. The hosts are so accommodating, nice, responsive and just overall great people to rent from.The house is beautiful, impeccably clean both inside and outside. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. Both bathrooms are perfect and immaculate. The outdoor space is to die for! The pool area is so inviting and we had the best time out there every night swimming and just hanging out. The fenced in yard is spacious so it’s perfect if you bring your pet. We brought our dog the first time and she loved it. The home has everything you could ever need. It is close to all beautiful beaches ,shopping and restaurants whether you were looking for fast food or sit down restaurants. We went to Nokomis and Venice beach every night for sunsets and it is literally maybe a 7 minute drive max. My family and I would never think of staying anywhere else but here when we come to Venice. We have made some of our best memories thanks to Jim and Pattie’s gorgeous home.

Great stay in Venice Fla

First... the home owner was great to work with. Jim was responsive to every question I had, communication was quick, friendly and on point. He helped make the stay as good as it was. Second... the neighbors were great. Very friendly, very helpful in understanding little things about the neighborhood, garbage collection, etc... Now about the house... it was exactly as pictured. The layout is perfect. A bedroom with ensuite bath on either side of the house, with an open floor plan living area between them. Very spacious, very comfortable and extremely well appointed. They had everything we needed while there. One of the most well stocked homes we have stayed at. From bicycles, to beach chairs, umbrellas, to pool floats. And the kitchen had everything we could have needed and than some. I would recommend this property and will look to stay there again in the future if going to the Venice area.

Vacation Pool Home

My family and I recently stayed at this lovely home. We had such a wonderful experience we had to share. The home is very accurately represented in the listing. It was recently updated and very clean. There is plenty of everything you will need for beach, toys, chairs, towels, floats and even a shark tooth collector. We brought our two children 10 & 12 and they enjoyed the all the toys for the pool and beach. It was very nice to be able to cook meals and not have to eat out every night. The kitchen is well equipped for families. We carefully read all the reviews for this home before booking our stay and agree with most of them but the neighborhood is quite nice and peaceful. We felt very safe there and the neighbors were very friendly. Also, the location of the house is nice being so close to all the beaches and great restaurants as well, about 12 minutes. The owners, Jim & Patti, are very communicative and definitely take pride in their home which is another reason we decided to stay there. We will definitely recommend this home to our friends and family when they come to visit us in Venice.

Great Pool. Great Location

This saltwater pool house is in an older neighborhood right off the island. Perhaps 25% of the homes have been renovated in this safe quiet area. It's a 5 minute drive to Downtown Venice and the Beaches. The house is clean and comfortable. The Queen mattress was a medium softness. The King mattress was firmer. There are lots of bed pillows, blankets and towels. Both bedrooms were big enough for a baby crib, a dog crate and more. The bedrooms are separated by the common areas of the house which offers some privacy. Due to the beautiful ceramic/stone tile in the whole house..... You can hear everything that is said in the house. The King bedroom has wall to wall carpeting but the rest of the house "echoes" sound. There are no room sized area rugs to soften the indoor sounds. So pack a couple throw rugs for your bedside and sink counters. The lovely Kitchen had a carafe type coffee pot and a Keric. It had enough of everything you will need, including empty space for the items you will need to store in the cabinets, pantry and fridge. There are 4 smart TVs in the house. One in each bedroom. One in the front family room and one in the back sunroom/Futon room that could sleep another 2 adults. We loved the lanai and pool. It's great that there is a hand railing on the stairs into the pool. We comfortably lounged on the lanai and had tons of fun swimming & playing in the pool somewhat shaped like a dogbone. There were plenty of loungers and chairs and a table that extended. We found pool/Gulf float toys in the one car garage. There were a couple of beach chairs and the 2 bikes! The washer & dryer are good to have. This home is so convenient to Downtown Venice, Beaches, Golf, Publix, drugstores, restaurants, Nokomis, Sarasota, Tamiami Trail and I-75. We very much enjoyed our 3 weeks in James & Patricia 's home.

Perfect Inside

Everyone worries that the pictures are not an accurate representation of the property. Not so with this one. Everything was exactly as described. The owners were very responsive to any questions and got back to us quickly. The backyard pool area was very private and so relaxing. Your own private osasis! The area is old school Venice so some homes are not as maintained as others but it was very quiet.

Neat, Clean, Spacious

This home is conveniently located near the downtown area, beaches, shopping, restaurants, and recreation. It is in a neighborhood where some of the homes have been poorly maintained. This property is not one of them, however. It is neat, clean, and spacious in a quiet location. For those who enjoy the water, there is plenty of equipment for use at the beach or in the saltwater pool. There are two bikes in good working condition for those who like to ride. Overall, it's a pretty nice place in a lovely Gulf Coast city.

Wonderful screened lanai and pool!

We truly enjoyed our two-week stay here. The screened lanai and heated pool really made it relaxing and enjoyable. We spent a lot of time on the lanai, utilized the grill, and ate most of our meals there. We appreciated that there was both sun and plenty of shade in the afternoons. There was a good supply of beach equipment- chairs, umbrellas, even a screen for sifting for shark teeth. The house was laid out well for two couples- bedroom and bath on either side of a large, open plan kitchen and living area. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Although it would be considered a modest neighborhood, with some rather neglected homes (including the one next door), we felt very safe. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property!

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION IN PARADISE

There is not one negative thing that can be said about Jim and Patti’s beautiful home. From the moment we stepped inside, I knew it was going to be an amazing 1 month stay. The home is absolutely immaculate and smelled clean and fresh. The homeowners thought of everything you could ever need and it was all there… beach towels, beach umbrellas, tons of chairs, beach toys, bicycles. It was just so convenient and easy to just get up and go everyday. The house is beautifully decorated and has a definite beach vibe. The two spacious bathrooms were such a bonus. The beds in all bedrooms were extremely comfortable and both had two huge walk in closets. The kitchen was huge and stocked with everything you could ever need. We enjoyed sitting and eating at the expansive island with plenty of room. Now to describe the paradise oasis that is the backyard and the lanai pool. It was just beyond gorgeous. We spent so much time in the pool and just enjoying the backyard beauty. You literally feel like you are in paradise. The fenced in yard was another great thing seeing as though we had our golden retriever with us. She loved running around out there and playing ball.It had plenty of space. The location of this house cannot be any more perfect. You literally have Venice Beach and Nokomis Beach about 5 minutes away. Siesta Key beach was a little further, maybe about 15 minutes max. We enjoyed all 3 beaches and all were gorgeous. This home is close to every grocery store, restaurants, fast food, pharmacies, big box store that you could ever ask for. The garage was awesome too. Also having a washer and dryer was another plus since we were staying for so long. My children who are 11 and 14 were crying when they had to leave. We had an amazing time that I wish never had to end. To summarize, Jim and Patty’s house is a complete gem. You cannot beat the location and the ease of getting to all the beautiful beaches. The backyard is to die for. This home truly feels like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jim and Patti for opening your gorgeous home to me and my family.

Winter getaway

Had a great 2 1/2 week stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor area was great- we had the pool heated. Great location. Easy drive to downtown and different beaches. Can also walk or bike to downtown area. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well! Jim was very quick to respond to all of our questions.

This home met all of our needs. We brought our pets with us and the fenced yard was great for them. The beds were quite comfortable and everything was super clean. The pool was magnificent. Perfect location, beautiful home and SUPER clean!

This home was the perfect location for us. It was so close and between the horse show we were attending and the beach. The owners were amazing to work with and very responsive. The pool was a wonderful option as well. They pay attention to every detail and have all you need, stocked kitchen, bikes, beach chairs and plenty more. When I asked about a keurig machine they went and bought one!!! We would absolutely stay here again.

Fit All Our Needs & Exceeded Our Expeditions!

This lovely home was in a quaint, quiet historical neighborhood. It was very clean and fitted with everything we could possibly need during our 3.5 week stay. The homeowners were wonderful and very responsive to any of our questions. The landscaping and privately fenced in backyard around the beautiful pool was our favorite of all the amenities. We would definitely rent this home again.
