This newly renovated pool home is centrally located close everything. This is our private second home and not a rental only home, each room is beautifully themed. the home is located just off of Venice island near shopping malls, the YMCA, Sarasota and interstate I-75 with easy access to Downtown Venice and all of it's restaurants and local shops. The beach is less than 3 miles away, visit Sharky's, good food and spirits or walk the beach an sift for shark teeth.

Enjoy your stay in this well built newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, along with Lanai with access to a large new Pebble Tec pool, pavers and a new bug, full screen enclosure. The back yard has a new privacy fence for your swimming enjoyment. The inside boasts 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin beds to make up the split plan. All new upscale furnishings and and tasteful decorations, The new travertine wall to wall tile floors round out this very well decorated home. You have a full washer and dryer in the 2 car garage are for convenience. We offer Xfinity high speed internet and HD TV service with free Netflix.3 flat screen TV's and a Blu-ray DVD player. There is a new Weber Gas Grill for outdoor cooking, new ceiling fans in each room for that gentile breeze if desired. As much as we love pets this is a pet free home as well as a smoke free home for obvious reasons.

Nice place and convenient location

We had a very good stay here. The house is pretty nice and has everything we needed. The location is super convenient for shopping and such. I was worried that it would be too loud situated on a busy street but we did not hear any road noise except for in the front bedroom. The check-in and checkout we’re all flawless.

Beach Getaway 2024

This is a great place to stay! The home was clean and well kept. The 3 bedrooms fit our family of 6 perfect. We used the lanai and the pool side table for evening dinners and games. This location is easy to navigate Venice and the beaches. The host was in contact and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! This place is super, thanks for the memories!

A perfect location

We loved our stay! The property was clean and tidy. It was just the right size for our family. Lots of places to go in the house to get some quiet time. Lots of beach equipment and pool equipment so we didn’t have to lug ours to FL. Easy access to beaches. Perfect all around. We’ll be back for sure!

Venice location

The home was clean and had everything we needed for the week, and more! We only wish the pool was heated in advance of our arrival as it took a full day to get to a temp that was comfortable for swimming. The house is on a busy road, but has a nice, private backyard, and is is very conveniently located to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Perfect

House has everything needed and wanted. Some nice add on features was an outdoor hose and wash area to clean the sand off when returning from the beach. The kitchen had plenty of everything needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the beach, fishing, and shark tooth sifting equipment available. The washer and dryer worked great and got plenty of use. The house was very clean and well kept. The next time we come to Venice, I will be staying here again.

Great New Year’s stay

Edwin was very good at responding to any questions we had, and he always did a follow up, The house is very nice and looks like the pictures online. The pool is a nice size, but the weather was not really conducive to swimming. The kitchen is well appointed, and the furniture is comfortable, including the beds. Plenty of linens. And, the location is close to everything. The busy street location was the only draw back, which we knew going in, but the large driveway with plenty of turn around space made it easy to get in and out. This home is definitely a keeper. We would return if we need a house in Venice again.

We had an amazing experience. Everything we needed to make our stay go smooth was available. The kids enjoyed the pool morning and night whenever we would come home to chill out from our beach adventures. Would definitely book this place again. The location is also amazing and so close to everything

Home away from home!

I rented this house to come down and be with family during the holiday season. I have a lot of family that lives in Venice and this house was awesome! There was a beautiful big heated pool with a covered lanai and a nice place to sit outside and relax. Some nights are a bit cool so they also had a sun room with a tv to still have that outside feel at night without the chill. The area was very quiet and peaceful. There was a shark tooth shifter in the garage and beach chairs for us to use. There was also some games at the house if you just wanted to have a relaxing night with family. The garage was available for me to park my vehicle in. All around this house was a great place to stay and will for sure be staying here again! Highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay in the Venice area!

The house was super clean and perfect for us. The beach was less than a 10 minute drive away and the house had everything we needed! Wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. The screened pool was wonderful! Thank you!

This house was a great getaway and a very great area. The house was close to Downtown, restaurants, and the beach. The host was easy to contact, and my kids really loved the pool. My wife loved the decorations and house.

Beautiful home near the beach

The home was amazing and easy to get to. Approximating 5 min drive to the beach. The pool area and back porch were amazing to hang out in. The owner has pool toys and beach items at the property for your use.

Great home!

The home was just as advertised! The was plenty of room for my teenage son and my 11 year old son! The pool was great but the closed in patio was our favorite. The location was great. Small trip to down town Venice and our favorite restaurant the Soda Fountain. And just 3 minutes from Venice beach where we found over 100 shark teeth. This home was just want we need for a great week at the beach. 10/10.recommend!
