We took my elderly parents my brother and his young family. The villa is disabled friendly, bedrooms are spacious and it is fully equipped. The view is great and the pool heated. We enjoyed our stay.
A great villa, plenty of room for 12 of us and a lovely large pool. Quiet area, but very easy walking access to supermarkets, bars and restuarants and 20 min walk to Porto Banus (uphill on way back but taxi only 6 Euros). Furnishings inside and out a little tired, but comfortable. Beautiful views from the back of the house over the golf course and mountain, photos do not do it justice. Would recommend this villa and we hope to return.
We had a lovely stay of 2 weeks with our family (10 people, including 4 children/infants). The house and pool were perfectly clean when we arrived, and the pool cleaner came many times during our stay. The location was ideal with a car (walking down to the beach and town would work, but walking back up in summer would be challenging). We did walk to the very fine supermarket and wine store. The view was spectacular. It was easy working with the owner, and we appreciated the extras -- cribs for the little ones and a gate for the stairs. We would return!
Downstairs was damp air conditioner not working in sitting room and 2 bedrooms . Plenty dishes cups cutlery oven dishes. But we all had fun playing in the pool and we used bbq few times couldnât use the garage
Lovely villa amazing views could do with a lick of paint outside and pool re grouting on the sides as a bot tired otherwise perfect location good 20-25 min walk into peurto banus but Uber only 6 euros each way
Will definitely book again
Nice villa, minutes from Puerto Banus. We enjoyed the facilities of the villa as well as the amazing pool with great views.
The host was completely available for us and very kind.
The bedrooms are big and all of them but two with great bathrooms.
The only thing I would suggest is to buy new furnitures for the pool area.
Ping pong table was a great surprise as well.
Thanks,
Jorge
Three families from the North East of England, with significant experience of previous holidays in this region, had a fabulous week in this wonderful villa. it gave ample accommodation for the 12 of us with great communal space indoors and outside, where we enjoyed beautiful views, a lovely pool, terrace and BBQ area. We did not hire cars, relying on local taxis when required to do the short trip into Puerto Banus (it was a 30 minute walk in the heat), but very close to the villa is an excellent supermarket and an absolutely brilliant butcher who is also a decent wine merchant and who offers you a drink everytime you go in!! The villa is very near PB, Estepona, Marbella and we enjoyed several excellent restaurants not too far away. so this is a perfect location for a large group wanting to have some privacy but also vey close to everything that is going on in that area. We would heartily recommend the villa to you and we will hopefully return for more fun. Lastly the owners are very easy to deal with and extremely keen that you enjoy their lovely holiday home. Mick Thompson and friends
We've just returned from a fantastic family holiday, at Casa La Concha. The house was even better than expected. It had everything we could wish for, from pool toys, hairdryers and luxurious towels to quality mattresses. It's not just a holiday villa, but a home. 7 mins walk to the local supermarkets and 25 mins walk into Puerto Banus, so we managed without a car. The heated pool was a major plus. We can't wait to return!
We have just returned from a fabulous week at this villa at the start of August. What can I say it was everything we had hoped for and more. We were a large group of 5 families with children so 15 of us in total all ages (grandparents, children and grandchildren) the house was huge and could comfortably accommodate more. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Air con was great very effective. Pool area amazing views to die for and plenty of good quality loungers with side tables and getting the sun all day. There was plentiful outdoor sitting and a great big gas BBQ. the mercadona supermarket was a few minutes walk away which was great for stocking up on all the food and drink we needed. The town was a nice stroll took about 25 minutes when we walked fast or about 30-35 if we had the kids walking with us. Puerto Banus is simply beautiful and the house is close enough to enjoy it but away from all the hustle and bustle and therefore so peaceful in a lovely neighbourhood. Communication with the owner before we visited was always good and they quickly replied to any email. What can I say if you are thinking of booking and have a large party go for it...it would be hard to find anything that compares....I only wish we still there !! ps the wifi was great to
This is a very beatiful villa (like you see from the photo) on the golf court. It's very quiet and not too far from the centre of puerto banus (15-20 minutes walk 5 minutes by car) and to the sea. I stay there with some friends and we have a lot of fun.
A truly outstanding villa in the most wonderful location. Both the owner and local agent in Spain are very helpful, friendly and accomodating. The villa is even more gorgeous than it looks on the photographs - exceptionally high standard of finish and with all the amenities you could wish for. With a heavenly, uninterrupted view to the mountains from the large terrace and pool .... ahhh... wish we were still there!
golfers paradise! refurbished in 2010 and redecorated in 2024
We are a large family of 5 with 3 sons. Our boys have spent many happy holidays in the villa with us, playing golf and enjoying the night life of Puerto Banus. We refurbished the house from my father in law in 2010 and we return there as often as we can. The villa is well equipped for families from 8 people to 12, large terrace around pool with sun loungers. Bbq and outside eating.
We just love being there as it's so quiet and relaxing.
Amazing views from the terrace across the golf course to the Mountain 'La Concha' watch the different colours on the mountain as the sun sets. I usually do with a nice ice cold glass of white wine and some Spanish tapas before heading off to one of the many lovely restaurants that surround us.
