The Space:
Welcome to your hillside sanctuary in one of La Jolla’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Perched above the Village with sweeping views of the Pacific, this two-story residence combines timeless architecture with refined comfort and an effortless connection to its stunning coastal surroundings. Newly remodeled in June 2025, the home features all brand-new furnishings, finishes, and amenities throughout.

As you arrive, the detached oversized 2-car garage and driveway sit at street level, with steps leading up to the home’s main entry. Inside, the heart of the home unfolds into a beautifully elevated living room anchored by a striking center fireplace, 65" wall mounted smart TV, cozy couches, and lounge seating. Large windows frame captivating views of the ocean, filling the space with natural light and coastal ambiance. This main gathering space seamlessly connects the home and opens to each of the thoughtfully arranged living and dining areas.

To the left, the formal dining room offers elegant space for entertaining, with a large table and expansive views that stretch across La Jolla. Just beyond, the kitchen is equipped with all standard amenities, a charming breakfast table set against sunlit windows, and a laundry room with ample storage and direct access to the backyard.

Two bedrooms on the main level each feature king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The primary suite includes a walk-in closet, a second closet, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom offers serene comfort with beautiful views, 55" Wall mounted smart TV and private ensuite bathroom. A hallway door leads to the backyard - an inviting space with lush landscaping, a 9’ shuffleboard game, a jacuzzi, a dining table under string lights, and an outdoor sectional perfect for winding down or entertaining. Tucked around the corner, an upper deck reveals one of the home’s most stunning features: unobstructed views over La Jolla Village and the Pacific, with a lounge area and dining table perfectly positioned for elegant outdoor relaxation and meals surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

Downstairs, the family living space and game room offer another level of comfort and connection. Complete with a large 55" smart TV, foosball table, additional games, and a queen sleeper sofa, this versatile area is perfect for relaxing or gathering. One side of the room leads to a private patio with a firepit and lounge chairs facing the front of the home, while the opposite side features windows and a door that open to a grassy yard area along the side of the backyard, ideal for outdoor games and relaxing in the sunshine.

Two additional bedrooms are located on this lower level, each with a queen bed. One features an oversized walk-in closet, the other with beautiful backyard views. A full bathroom serves this floor with comfort and convenience.
