If nightlife is your thing, the famous Whiskey Row is right there for a fun night out.Back at home, relax by the private pool or use our central location to explore the Valley: just 17 min to Chandler and 14 min to Mesa.

Just a few friendly notes to help make your stay great:

Garage Game Room – We’ve converted the garage into a fun game space! We’re always updating and replacing games, so if something’s missing, it might be thanks to a particularly “enthusiastic” previous guest. Thanks for understanding!

Parking – There’s a two-car limit on the property. Please park in the driveway. If you need to bring an extra car, just let us know in advance—we’re happy to help you sort it out!

Pool Care – Please leave the pool cleaner in the water when not in use. It helps us keep the pool sparkling clean for you and future guests.

Propane – We do our best to keep the propane tank full for grilling. If you find it empty and refill it during your stay, just save the receipt—we’ll gladly reimburse you!

Just a quick note: there are two owner closets—one in the kitchen and one in the hallway. We use these for supplies, so we kindly ask that you don’t pull on those doors.

No Smoking Indoors – Please, no smoking inside the property. You’re welcome to smoke outside.

Door Lock Tip – Please don’t lock the bottom knob. The door automatically locks when you leave, which keeps things simple.

If you accidentally get locked out, no worries at all! Just reach out to us and we’ll provide you with the lockbox code to get back in quickly.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors – Please, no smoking inside the home. If you’d like to smoke, just step outside at least 15 feet away. The fresh Arizona air is a bonus!

💦 Pool Care – Please don’t remove the pool cleaner. It’s the hero keeping the water clean and inviting for all guests. Let’s help it do its thing!

🚗 Parking – There’s a 2-car max for parking at the home. Please use the driveway. Thanks for helping us respect local guidelines and our neighbors.

🐾 Pets – If you’re bringing a furry friend, please be sure to add them to your reservation. Future guests may have allergies, so it helps us keep the space comfortable for everyone.
