Beautiful home, perfect location, clean throughout, plenty of towels, a clean garage, gated community, plenty of space and an awesome patio overlooking the heated pool. The owners left a nice welcome gift of s’mores on the countertop as a nice surprise. I would stay here again.

Awesome stay for ladies weekend!

We had a group of friends meet up to stay at this Vrbo, and were very happy with it. Super clean, well stocked and furnished, lots of space for everyone to spread out, easy checkin, and amazing communication with the host. The best part was the location, within an easy walk of great restaurants, bars and farmers market. I’d definitely recommend to others.

The property was within walking distance to the restaurants, bars, and farmers market. And the tandem bike came in handy to visit our family who don’t live too far away. The place was stocked with some essential items. Good communication with the managers.

We booked this home for our 8 nieces, nephews, bride and groom for 3 days. The home was immaculate and the owner allowed access to stock the place with snacks and beverages. It is literally down the street from downtown Gilbert night life and restaurants. Very convenient. We were responded to quickly and professionally with our questions.

Best Place EVER

This was the best place we’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve been to a lot! The home was clean, beautiful and packed with every amenity that you could imagine. We were not at a loss for anything. Dean thought of it all! The pool was just perfect and a few steps from our place. The adorable patio just off of our home was perfect for morning coffee, evening glass of wine and for making s’mores. Though we did not because it was too hot! But all of the smores items were there for us. How thoughtful! We were able to walk for breakfast, dinner and ice cream, just steps away from our place. That being said, the home was utterly quiet and safe. One night our 6 month old grandson slept over with us and there was even a mini crib and mattress set! We love this place and can’t wait to come back!❀

This property is situated in the heart of the Heritage District in downtown Gilbert. It has immediate access to a number of great restaurants and shops. The property was well kept clean and very inviting. We immediately felt at home and would stay at this property again. We can’t say enough great things about this Location!

Great unit in Downtown Heritage district of Gilbert

We just enjoyed a wonderful stay in Gilbert. This unit is in a gated townhome style community which was offered privacy and convenience to downtown Gilbert with all it has to offer with various dining options etc. We played all day and returned at night to freshen up and walk two blocks to dinner. With so many food options within blocks of the unit, we did not have to plan ahead much for meals. While we did not use the pool, it is next to the unit. Would definitely stay here again. Great weekend with with friends.

Family Wedding shenanigans

The VRBO listing of this property was accurate. Communications with the property manager with stellar. We had a problem with the iron being gunk up and ruining my husband dress shirt, and they promptly brought us another iron. There was plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and extras if you needed. Laundry room was adequately stocked. The only thing I would change is blackout curtains in the bedrooms. All the outdoor lighting of the complex was very very bright . Especially Friday night when the doggy play area lights were on in addition . . It was in a great location. Though we were too busy with wedding stuff to enjoy it. The gate toggle and remote to the garage made easy entry.! If we find ourselves in the Phoenix Gilbert area again, we will definitely rebook
