Cette unitĂ© capricieuse a une sensation nautique en Nouvelle-Angleterre aux deux premiers niveaux avec le dĂ©cor bleu et blanc. Dans la suite d'invitĂ©s au troisiĂšme Ă©tage, il y a une sensation hawaĂŻenne avec des jupes d'herbe sur les lits. Grill extĂ©rieur. Cette unitĂ© peut accueillir six personnes avec un lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux qui peuvent ĂȘtre convertis en un lit king et un canapĂ©-lit queen. 3TV's et DVD. Cette maison de ville de style Bostonien sur 3 niveaux est situĂ©e dans le bĂątiment historique de la Fonderie en brique de la communautĂ© de Truman Annex. Il se trouve Ă  seulement 2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de Duval St et Ă  400 mĂštres du parc national et de la plage de Fort Zachary Taylor. Mallory Square, connu pour ses magnifiques couchers de soleil et ses cĂ©lĂ©brations, se trouve Ă©galement Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied du musĂ©e de la petite maison blanche Harry Truman et de nombreuses autres attractions, restaurants et bars.

Great Place!

Loved everything about our stay in Key West Truman 10 including the shower! If I have to say something negative, I guess it would be the master bed. Mattress needs to be replaced.

Great Location

We had a fantastic time. Great location to beach, downtown, restaurants, etc. Very clean. Thanks for the use of the beach towels (I washed them and put them back in the basket). Just wish there was a Keurig for my morning coffee. Thanks.

Great location but uncomfortable beds and furniture

Loved the location and very nice design. We found the casual seating and beds to be uncomfortable. Beds were too soft and sank in the middle. The sofa had bedroom pillows for the back cushions. Would be more comfortable w actual foam sofa cushions.

Wonderful Location when staying in Key West.

We absolutely loved our condo and location. The condo had everything we needed including a small courtyard which was nice. The condo itself was clean and comfortable but just to let everyone know this is a 3-story condo so be prepared to walk stairs. The only negative I can say is the bed on the 3rd floor is not great but not horrible either. Everything else was perfect. We walked everywhere as you can be in Mallory Square 5 min walk, Duval St. 7-10 min walk, Truman Waterfront Park 5 min. The Truman Annex in itself is beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again. Compass Reality was very accommodating and extremely easy to deal with as well. I would highly recommend them.

Love Truman Annex

We love the location of Truman Annex. The condo we stayed in has a lot to offer, but it needs some updating. The air conditioner is on its way out. It worked well enough to get us through the week, but it’s going out. I emailed and called about it, but no one responded to either. This is a great condo and I would stay there again. The management company needs to take care of the guests that stay there though. If they say, “please contact us with any concerns,” then they need to address those concerns.

Reviewer Comments: I hesitate to give a review due to the nature of recovering from the pandemic and the fact that they were so busy, but they survey was sent to me a couple of times. The property was not as seen in the pictures. It showed 2 twin beds but was put together as a king and this was a big deal to have switched to 2 twin beds. The biggest problem was it was not very clean, but management made it right for us. Also, we were unable to get a key to the bathroom pool house. We were told it was in the unit, but none of the keys would work. We contacted them several times, but no key for the week. The location is ideal, but I would rather walk/bike farther for something clean.

Little Things Make a Big Difference

Reviewer Comments: Front door handle came off and previous guest made same complaint, a granular substance was on bed covers, maid key was in front door on arrival and no maid present, webs/dust in corners at walls (short maid?), ankle deep water in shower in use. Management did great job on pre-arrival info and logistics and returning calls. We have stayed in Foundry before but in much better maintained apartments.

Hard to find and for Uber’s to find. Instructions could be shorter and more clear. And tell guests about gates locking at 6. 10 min walk to everything. Thanks!
