Location minimum 7 nuits. Le paradis se trouve certainement dans ce condo non-fumeurs au premier étage, à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de la "Duval Street" dans la vieille ville de Key West. Situé dans la communauté fermée haut de gamme de Truman Annex, qui vient avec un espace de stationnement attribué. Le paradis est le vôtre pour demander s'il apprécie une soirée tranquille en sirotant des margaritas et en dînant en plein air sur le porche entouré ou en passant une nuit animée en ville dans une variété de restaurants, bars, théâtres et clubs, tous à quelques pâtés de maisons de votre porte d'entrée! Il y a beaucoup à voir et à faire dans le quartier historique de Key West. Profitez des visites des principales attractions de Key West, notamment la maison Hemingway, la pointe la plus au sud, la petite maison blanche de Truman et le musée du trésor de Mel Fisher. Après une matinée de visites, plongez dans la piscine commune ou faites une promenade de dix minutes et détendez-vous au Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, la meilleure plage de baignade de Key West. Terminez la journée avec une agréable voile au coucher du soleil sur un catamaran amarré à la marina voisine - ou rejoignez la foule pour la soirée coucher de soleil à ne pas manquer qui a lieu tous les soirs à Mallory Square. Alors, augmentez le mixeur, prenez votre short et vos sandales et dirigez-vous vers le sud pour goûter au paradis!

Really loved the condo. So convenient to everything. We rarely had to drive. Beds were very comfy. Would definitely stay here again. Just super nice overall

Great location and beautiful grounds!

Excellent and easy communication with the property manager! Great location near Fort Zachary Taylor and not from Duval Street. Property had everything we needed! Master bedroom mattress could be updated to a new king bed instead of two older twins put together.

Furthermore, the condos are nice.My biggest concern is the cost of the rental. I think KW stays in general have become very over priced especially for just a twosome. Unfortunate.

Clean, lovely & comfortable!

My only complaint is there was absolutely no wiggle room on check out time and no option for keeping luggage prior to flying out. Wasted a half a day due to this inflexibility. Otherwise, perfect!

Great location

The location is perfect for walking to many places on the island. The place was clean and had plenty of towels. The washer and dryer were new and very nice. The hairdryer only works on low and needs replaced. The king sized bed was two twins pushed together and definitely needs replaced. The room with the king bed doesn’t have much privacy from the living room when others are awake and you want to sleep. There is a super sweet cat next door named Teddy that visited us nearly every time we were coming and going. All communication and questions were answered in a timely manner. VRBO did nothing other than link us to this key west property management company. I do wish I would have gone directly to them to save money, however, we enjoyed our stay though and would rent again.

The grounds were well manicured and landscaped. The pool was a very short walk and was excellent. This unit is located within walking distance to everything. No complaints or issues, only compliments to the rental staff. They were clear with communications and there were no questions from us. We would definitely stay here again.

The deck was very dirty. Walls and floors were dirty. Toilet was loose and rocking. Dirty doors and broken tile. Broken tile in bathroom leaves thoughts of germs. Termite wings on floor in bathroom.

Peaceful location

This condo is in the "Shipyard" in Truman Annex and was a nice quiet location. Complex had a mixture of owners and renters and a friendly ambience. The condo itself had all that you would need for a nice stay, was very clean and the manager was responsive to any requests. As mentioned by others, the master bed is a little quirky, two twins put together. Not a problem in general, but I always find it amusing what some property owners choose to save a buck on. Having said that, we would stay here again. Close to Ft Zach and Old Town.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Key West properties Truman Annex rental, overall the property and surrounding buildings were well kept and clean. Our area had it's own pool which was also clean,neat and locked entry by key issued to each property. Community was also gated at secondary entry point, guard shack at main entrance. Our unit was nice with washer and dryer included, 2 chair front porch and 4 chair and table on rear deck. There were new doors added to the rear which they may be in the process of finishing. Deck boards will need some reattachment or replacement soon. We understand the need for security but if there was a locking gate at the rear it would have been a nice addition and another access point to activities. A place to securely store luggage for early arrivals would also be nice. Flying in we are at the mercy of the airline schedules. Overall unit was in a great area close to Duval and almost halfway between Mallory square and the southern most point. We were within 2 blocks of various types of stores,restaurants and bars. Our contacts by email,phone and and texts were always answered promptly with exactly the information we needed. Key West Vacation Properties and Realty overall did an excellent job for our first trip to Key West definitely well worth the time to contact for a stay.

The King size bed is really two twins that have attempted to be connected. Slight gap between the two. Other bed is a Queen. The King room has no closet. Really! Still we had a great time. Coffee was provided. No sugar or creamers so be aware. Friendly people to talk to. Minor problems were corrected almost immediately.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shipyard was just right for us. We were walking distance from everything. The back patio was perfect for breakfasts and dinners with our 4 as well as our other 4 friends that stayed in another unit at Shipyard. The neighbors were as sweet as the key lime pie from blue heaven, and the pool was a nice place to grab some rays and meet new friends. Just be sure to add some cooking basics (like oil/butter and s/p) to your shopping trip. And be sure to stick your parking pass in your golf cart!
