Construction Notice – La Brisa Condominium March 2, 2026 through, June 19, 2026.

Construction is underway in the East Building to repair walkway spalling. Some construction noise may occur during your stay.
Elevators are currently unavailable due to repairs and modernization. Access to the unit is by stairs only.


The Breeze – Oceanfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Condo at La Brisa (East Building)

Experience breathtaking ocean views and ultimate comfort in The Breeze, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium located on the 3rd floor of the East Building at La Brisa Condominiums.

This spacious oceanfront unit features a large, private balcony accessible from both the primary bedroom and living room—perfect for enjoying spectacular sunrises over the water. Inside, the condo boasts a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and the convenience of an in-unit stack-able washer and dryer.

Perfect location.

The place was great - had most everything we needed. Location was ideal across the street from the beach. Pool and tennis court were both great.

We were not told the elevator was going out of service for over our stay. We are all senior citizens in our mid to late seventies and luckily not handicapped, but it made it very difficult for some to go out more than once a day. No way to spend a vacation mobility-wise. MAKE SURE you talk with the rental office before flying down and make sure they are not doing work on the property near you and be sure you don’t have to walk up several flights with groceries if you rent a an upper unit. The noise of the construction team with their drills and banging made it impossible to enjoy the nice surroundings for many hours during the day. On a positive note, the unit was very nice, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. It is well secured. Pool was quiet and nice and you can walk to the Beach across the street.

Generally a fairly nice place. Rather far from downtown, but we knew that. The beach across the street was very nice and pretty easy to get to. The condo complex is a bit worn, but mostly fine. The room was mostly clean but master bathroom seemed dingy and maybe not cleaned well. Beds were pretty comfortable, but living room furniture is showing its age. Some areas have been updated - kitchen is pretty nice and the shared bathroom is modern. The master bathroom is in dore need of an update. No bath soap provided - just a few small bottles of shampoo and conditioner.Overall, not bad, but probably wouldn't stay there again for the price.

Wonderful View and Location

Check in was a breeze. Close to the airport, took a cab and then rented bikes for the week. The view from the balcony was second to none. Short bike ride to anywhere. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The kitchen and guest bathroom shower were all new. TV in every room. Gated resort.
