1. No parking at the street side along the property from 11 am to 3 pm every Tuesday. As Tuesday is a sweeping day in Azusa City. You would get a $50 ticket from the City if you do not move the car to the other side of the street or park in the driveway.

2. LATE CHECK-OUTS - Please seek permission from the host during your stay. Unapproved late check-outs may be handled by our partner cleaning company.

3. OVERLY STAINED TOWELS/LINENS - Please refrain from using white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothes.

4. PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the unit for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspection of the property.

5. Always shut off the AC/Heater and light when you are away.

6. NO UNAUTHORIZED MAIL/PACKAGES - We do not allow anyone to receive mail or packages at our unit. If this rule is violated and you mail something to the property, we will not be liable if your parcel is lost or stolen.
