The place is definitely comfy enough and it was the least expensive deal we could find in the area, but it's a far cry from high end rentals you come across on this app. And there are definitely some "cheap" aspects of the place. For instance, a 10 fee to use the laundry room. I woke up cold in the middle of night and realized the owners had programmed the thermostat to quickly reset back to 65...

We’d like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. We were not contacted during the stay regarding temperature concerns or any other issues. We always encourage guests to reach out right away so we can assist promptly and ensure their comfort. Regarding the thermostat, it is fully programmable with preset temperature ranges for energy efficiency. Guests can adjust and override the temperature at any time during their stay using the thermostat controls. The owners do not manually reset or remotely change temperatures. The laundry fee is disclosed in advance and reflects shared utility and maintenance costs, helping us keep the overall nightly rate competitive. We appreciate all guest feedback and continuously look for ways to improve. We encourage future guests to contact us anytime during their stay—we are always happy to help.

Great location, good hospitality. A word of note: if you are sensitive to smells, keep it in mind, as house is attached to owner's through walled-off kitchen doorway. You will smell everything being cooked by the owner. Other than that, excellent hosts, home, & location.

Nice little place in Glendora

I have to travel to Glendora frequently for work, and the hotel options aren't that great, so I decided to give this place a try. I was pleased with it overall. It's clean, well-kept, and in a good neighborhood. The unit doesn't have a full kitchen. That's not a problem for me because I eat out with my co-workers when I'm in town, but I wanted to make others aware in case they prefer to cook their own meals. I'll probably book this place again the next time I'm in town.

Cozy Stay for College Tours

This place was perfect for our short stay while checking out colleges in the surrounding area. The property manager was quick to communicate with us and meet our needs. The house was super cute with fun decorations and an easy layout. They also left some waters in the fridge for us as well as cups, plates and plastic cutlery. Everything was well cleaned. The kitchen does not have a sink or stove/oven but that was not an issue for us. We had bought snacks and ate out...many nearby restaurants. They do offer a microwave, coffee pot, toaster & work space.

A Gem

Absolutely love the decor/cleanliness of the unit and felt comfortable immediately upon walking in. I enjoyed having my designated parking, the chocolates and cold water waiting for me. The community felt safe and secure. I was actually extremely comfortable with the bedding. The unit was close to freeways, large shopping centers in walking distance and easy to navigate. The main complaint I have is my personal thoughts on having to take out my trash before check out. I guess I am lazy but I honestly believe that should be part of the property owners responsibility. I would definitely stay again.

Not what you think

This is not an entire home as stated in listing. It is a house that has been divided by 2 boarded up door ways and you can hear the owners doing their laundry and muffled voice's and with owners living in back part. The laundry fee was unbelievable plus shared with owners and behind a locked door. The house is nice but needs updating. And there is a hidden air conditioner fee that I am trying to get back since we did not use it.

We informed them this is front unit of the house separated from back unit at initial communication before their booking, but they simply had no memory of it. Their Vrbo invoice clearly showed the air conditioner fee but they just lied straight to the face that they never saw this a/c fee in their invoice, and blamed us that this is "hidden" cost. We have contacted Vrbo support several times to clarify that this air conditioner fee is upfront cost clearly shown in the invoice at their booking. However, they still blamed us for their own mistake. Be aware owners and hosts, please avoid these guests !!!

As they allow pets, we had an issue with the bedding smelling of cat urine. they did fix it the bext day. It was advertised as having laundry facilities but when we got there the laundry facilities were an additional charge and locked up. The twin bed was ok, but the pull out sofa was uncomfortable and shedding its pleather. The place didnt feel clean (dusty sills, greasy spice rack etc), and the kitchen facilities were non existent. no sink or hot plate. cutlery and plates were plastic and paper. Hot water tap didnt dispense hot water. bad water hammer. shower pressure was very low. Wouldn't stay again. The t
