The courtyard is shared with the Main house, offering guests tranquility and peace of mind in a completely safe environment throughout their stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except few closets and cabinets that we have locked.

Nearby recreational facilities may include playgrounds, sports fields, walking trails, and within close proximity to essential amenities, residents benefit from convenient access to shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, providing something for everyone to enjoy.

Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night.

The area was quiet and close to lots of stores, restaurants, and other amenities. The home was clean and tidy, which was also nice. The one issue I experienced was that the front door is not sealed properly so I saw roaches and spiders entering the home through the front door. That made me quite uncomfortable.If the host takes care of the insect problem by fixing the sealing on the front door and by ensuring that the property is professionally sprayed on a consistent basis this would be a nearly perfect little home away from home.

Property was fine, communication and check in were terrible

The property itself was fine. The location is a nice, quiet neighborhood. The unit was well-equipped (except there were no forks and the coffee pot was just a Keurig machine). Also, take “inside shoes” as you aren’t permitted to wear your “outside shoes” (this would have been nice to know in advance so one can pack accordingly). I wasn’t able to check in until 1.5 hours after check in due to a complete lack of communication from the owner. They said they messaged us - but there were no messages via the VRBO message center (as was confirmed by VRBO). After several phone calls from myself, my spouse, and VRBO they finally responded with a “boarding pass” which required my wife to send pictures of our credit card, driver’s license, and a selfie. It was very strange and had I known that prior to booking we never would have booked this place. I would not recommend this rental - not for the property but because of the owners.

There’s no sink in the bathroom. The only sink is in the kitchenette so you’re using this one sink to wash your hands after using the toilet, brush your teeth, do general personal hygiene, do food prep, wash dishes, etc; it’s not a good situation.The hot water in the shower wasn’t hot at all. It was tepid at best and literally only lasted about 3-4 minutes.The Washer/Dryer all-in-one wasn’t working. It literally took 6 hours to do one small load. To make matters worse, the W/D and AC couldn’t be operating simultaneously. It was July when I was here. I spent the 6 hours in sweltering heat while I did my one load of laundry. I started using a laundry service after the that fiasco. To the credit of the host, they reimbursed the cost of the laundry service.The AC functioned well as long as the W/D wasn’t operating at the same time.Parking is off street, in front of the property.The neighborhood is quiet; somewhat rural and smells rural depending on wind direction.The WiFi and Roku television functioned well.There was an ant infestation during my stay. I understand these tiny critters are just looking for water. I contacted the host. They advised that I look for an insecticide in the unit and to spray inside the unit. I declined. My service animal travels with me. I wasn’t going to expose her to toxic chemicals. The host informed me that they would have their maintenance team spray the outside of the unit; the ants persisted.Caveat emptor!
