Just a 30-sec walk to the beach, this 2nd-floor apartment has original 1930s wood floors and 1 full-size parking spot.

Things to be aware of before you book:
- Minimum age to book is 25. No exceptions.
- Not all of our neighbors are on vacation. In accordance with San Diego law, at no time of day are guests allowed to have loud gatherings, excessive noise or amplified music loud enough to bother the neighbors and other vacation renters.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights with our family of four and had a great experience. The place was very comfortable and cozy, and the full-size kitchen was perfect for preparing breakfast and lunch each day. Having a washer and dryer was also extremely convenient during our stay.Even without A/C, the home stayed surprisingly comfortable. Every room had fans, and the windows provided excellent ventilation throughout the day and night.The location was great for exploring the area. We enjoyed spending time at Belmont Park, riding bikes, relaxing at the beach, visiting SeaWorld, and taking trolley tours. We also appreciated the many helpful signs and instructions around the property, which made everything easy and stress-free.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We loved the doll house. My 15 year old daughter loved the loft space and there was plenty of room for our family of 4! The kitchen had everything we needed. The couches were comfortable. The beds were wonderful, fans in all rooms kept it cool, and the location was incredible. Really really great experience!!

This house has and is everything you could want and need. It is fully stocked with all of the essentials and more! We walked in and immediately felt like we were at our home away from home. It is exactly as listed. The master bed is super comfortable! Communication with the host was amazing and the little notes left around the house were very helpful. My 11 year old son says “The bed is really comfy and the loft is really cool. They have boogie boards too. I love this place!” We will be back!

This apartment was as described. It is a very short walk to the beach with the rear gate shown in the picture opening to a quiet walkway. The garage was equipped with all the beach toys and amenities you might need to enjoy a day on the beach. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It is a second story apartment which will require you to navigate up a small set of stairs. I am not sure that I read that but it was not a problem for us. The communication was excellent. I received a call immediately after my booking where I was asked if I needed anything at all to let them know. It was cute and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Our family had a great time at the Dollhouse. The location is perfect - 30 second walk to the beach is key with a 2 year old :) The apartment had everything you'd need + parking was a huge plus!

We love this darling "dollhouse" retreat! Clean, cozy, and just 1 block from the beach, restaurants, and nearby activities, it is the perfect place to stay for some relaxing beach time! Our family looks forward to coming every year and we can't wait to go again!
