Kids and I spent the weekend here. It was as lovely as described. When we arrived the lights were left on for us as well as the gas fireplace. It was a pleasant surprise since we arrived so late. The house has vintage decor which gave a very âhomeâ type feeling. Very spacious but still cozy. Knowing this is an option makes it easier to get back up there again. Hopefully sooner than last time.
David and Erika were amazing hosts. They were very understanding and accommodating to my family's needs. The house is very cute and spacious. Its location couldnt be better for access to the Redwoods, beaches, and surrounding areas. An amazing time was had by all!!
Very cute, clean, spacious, has all the amenities youâre looking for when youâre away from home. Instructions were very helpful for check-in and check-out, you can tell that they care to make a home away from home for their guests. They were in touch but not oppressive, and available at any time if we needed them. HIGHLY recommend.
An excellent place to stay if going to visit Trees of mystery. Also close to town. This property was very clean, pet friendly and well stocked. All appliances worked well. The host were very helpful leaving detailed check in instructions on how to work the gas fireplace and other appliances. The back yard has a charcoal B.B.Q, a picnic table and a wood firepit. The wifi and cable worked well. There is also wood to burn. There was 7 of us and one dog and we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Thanks for a great stay.
This was a good place to stay! The location to the Redwoods (Jedediah Smith Park) was excellent! Check in and communication with the hosts were great. There was a lot of attention to details that we noticed the hosts had prepared for our arrival. The beds were comfy, and two bathrooms were nice! We only used one of the sofa beds (I'm not sure how you would open 2 of them at the same time in the living room), and it was a typical sofa bed that wasn't super comfortable. It was good for one kid to sleep on though! The kitchen had a lot of things that we used. There was a lot of fragile decor in the home, and if you have young children, you might be nervous about their curiosity and the possibility of breaking something. My kids had fun counting how many tea sets there were in the house! The laundry room had a distinct pet smell. When we arrived there were several wall plug-in air fresheners throughout the house that we just unplugged to avoid the headache that I get from those. Thanks for letting us stay at your place!
