Fantastic location, responsive and kind host. You can’t beat the view at this property. Super walkable to all the Nye Beach shops and restaurants. This home has everything you might need. Kitchen is well equipped. Everything was clean and tidy. I loved all the labeled notes. Makes it easy to figure out the switches and what goes whee. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. The only thing that might bother some is the loft bedroom Take your sleep schedules into account as you decide who sleeps where. However, it was not an issue for us. The listing is clear that the upstairs bedroom is a loft with a half wall. We were expecting that. Fantastic shower upstairs! Also, there are blinds you can draw (even in the loft) if you want less light coming in. Overall, excellent property and wonderful stay.

Communication during the stay was pleasant, and I responded promptly to questions and concerns. However, I was disappointed that significant concerns were not raised during the stay despite multiple communications, as this would have allowed me the opportunity to address them immediately. The concerns were first raised 4 days after checkout along with a request for a REFUND. Future hosts may wish to encourage guests to report any issues in real time so they can be properly verified and resolved during the reservation.
