Iâm Caroline, a teacher originally from Sydney, and Iâve called the beautiful Southern Highlands home for the past eight years. I love living here for the fresh air, the rolling green hills, and the peaceful walks that clear the mind and nourish the spirit. Sharing this place through hosting is such a joy, as I love welcoming guests to experience the calm and beauty of this special corner of the world.
I enjoy cooking in my beautiful kitchen, especially when using fresh local produce from nearby markets, and I believe that a well-prepared meal and a warm, comfortable home can bring people together in the best way. Travel is also a passion of mine, and I know how much a welcoming, well-thought-out space can make a trip memorable. Itâs important to me that guests feel cared for and can slow down while enjoying the stunning surroundings, from bushwalks near Fitzroy Falls to exploring nearby villages.

I also love how close we are to everythingâjust a short drive to Sydney for city visits and under an hour to the stunning South Coast beaches for a swim or a long walk by the sea. The area is rich with fresh local produce, excellent restaurants, and a welcoming creative community of artists and makers, adding a touch of culture and warmth to everyday life here. It truly is a place where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the best of nature and good living.
