Adjoining the magnificent Morton National Park is "MarMel," a picturesque property which is privately located on 36 acres and just 15 minutes drive from Kangaroo Valley village. This stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, boasting 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an inground swimming pool.

Outside guests can take in the glorious views of the national park from the front veranda or gaze at the endless stars at night while sitting around the fire pit. There is also a covered outdoor area and a gas BBQ for alfresco dining.

MarMel is located on 36 acres so there is plenty of room for the kids to run around or kick a ball. You can also often see wildlife on the property including Kangaroos, Wombats, Wallabies and Echidnas. For those feeling more adventurous the adjoining Morton National Park has lots of great trails for bushwalking and mountain bike riding.

The property has spacious indoor living areas including a large lounge room with an open fire, comfy lounges and a large TV with Foxtel. For culinary enthusiasts, the modern kitchen comes complete with all the essentials plus a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods).

A second slow combustion wood fire is located in the dining area adjoining the kitchen and with air-conditioning located in the main lounge plus two of the bedrooms your comfort is assured year round
