Sundial D310 Charming beachfront getaway!

D 310 is a third floor condo located in Sundial Resort on beautiful Sanibel Island. The unit is steps to the beach. The condo comes with a comfy queen sized bed as well as a twin sleeper. You will have high speed internet access with Xfinity programming. Some of the items provided for your stay include: beach towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, dish and bath soaps, beach chairs, beach umbrella, laundry soap, kitchen towels, coffee, sweetener, olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, cooler, etc. The cabinets are complete with cooking supplies other than food! The bathroom is a tub/shower combination and the unit has a stackable washer/dryer combo. There are 5 restaurants on the property and we can vouch for all 5 of them. Basically all you will need are your clothes and personal cosmetics!

This condo has EVERYTHING you need for an amazing vacation. The owners thought of the big and small - from beach towels to beach chairs to toilet paper and paper towels - up to including coffee and coffee filters. The condo is beautifully decorated and VERY clean. The property is meticulously manicured and just steps from the beach. It was a perfect place for our girls weekend getaway.

Fantastic condo for our small family of three! My husband and I stayed for a week with our one-year-old, and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. They even dropped off toddler dishes and bath toys, which was such a kind and appreciated touch.The property was exceptionally well equipped for a beach stay, with chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, shell-collecting gear, and a beach wagon; there was truly no need to bring or buy anything extra when traveling with a little one.Having the beach right on site was wonderful, and we enjoyed the heated pool every day with our son. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples and small families.

From the moment we arrived at Sundial, I was filled with excitement—seeing the resort beautifully restored after Hurricane Ian gave me hope and gratitude. Our condo was spotless and inviting, decorated with cozy coastal charm. The card, champagne, and orange juice left for our anniversary were such thoughtful surprises and made us feel truly special.Exploring the property, I was impressed by how fresh and renewed everything felt while maintaining that laid-back, welcoming vibe Sundial is known for. The owners’ (Rob & Jennifer Winters) attention to detail was obvious—from the well-appointed condo to the sparkling pool and the peaceful atmosphere. We never heard any construction noise, which made our stay even more relaxing.Evenings were spent strolling along the sandy shore, soaking in breathtaking sunsets. With both the elevator and pool fully operational, our days were easy and enjoyable. I’m so grateful for the dedication behind the resort’s revival.If you’re thinking of visiting Sanibel, Sundial D310 is ready to welcome you. Wonderful stay!

Our stay at this unit was nothing short of perfect! We have stayed in a lot of condos and this was the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Jennifer literally thought of everything you may need for the beach -towels, toys, chairs, cooler with ice packs, containers for food. She also had so many nice touches in the unit - games, toys for kids, books, movies. Literally everything was thought of! The location is perfect. You are steps from the beautiful beach. And the pool was pretty much empty everyday so we had it to ourselves! It was the best beach trip we have ever had and we will be back!! Thanks so much!!

Great Family Stay

We had the funnest week at this gorgeous condo! The owners were so nice and gracious to allow us to arrive a day later than the automatic booking allowed us online. They allowed our family of 5 (toddler aged) squeeze in the condo. I knew we could all fit BUT I was a little worried about where we were going to keep all our belongings. I didn’t see a photo of any cabinets or storage, but let me say the closet space was remarkable. Everything was so well organized and labeled. I was able to pack and store all 5 of us in the one closet with built in drawers and still had plenty of space. We over packed! The co do was already filled with all things adults and children need when vacationing from home. The condo was filled with iPhone chargers, a charging station, all linens and towels, laundry pods, soaps, toilet papers etc. The kids had access to coloring books, toys, games, building toys and more. While the kids enjoyed movie night on the couch, my husband and I would sit in the screened porch for date night on the other side of the sound proof doors. We brought our large iPad and had our own movie night out there. The owners also have a great outdoor closet space filled with adult beach chairs, beach toys, shovels umbrellas, frisbees and more! And for any moms that might be traveling with their little ones, they had brooms and a great vacuum to help clean up behind the kiddos which is constant for us and usually something I try to pack but don’t have space for. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans we needed to cook for our family of 5. The condo is gorgeously decorated with beach decor and beautiful glassware for serving. Thank you so much for trusting our little ones to vacation in your home. We hope we can get away with squeezing in again in the near future. And check in was a breeze! We were busy and working in the car up until arrival when it dawned on me I may need to call for more information about check-in but everything was right in the VRBO app and I loved having a keyless entry to the room.

Great stay! The unit was very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The unit was very comfortable. The host was very nice and ready to assist. Clearly a lot of thoughtfulness was put into making sure all that we needed was there. The pool and its facilities and furniture were in tip-top shape! Really liked the provision of beach chairs and an umbrella designated for our sole use. Location is excellent close to the beach. Parking was easy!

AMAZING SANIBEL STAY!

Please don’t look any further. I always book through rental companies on the island but wow these owners should become rental company owners. Their apartment was fully stocked, extremely organized, clean, beautifully and aesthetic, welcoming. Jennifer was a pleasure to speak with and she was able to help with any and all inquiries I had promptly. Truly a kind couple. We had an amazing time! Thank you!!

Thank you for checking out our properties on VRBO!!! We have a 2 bedroom, a large 1 bedroom and a smaller 1 bedroom condo (all within a stone's throw of each other) at Sundial Resort on beautiful Sanibel Island. Their property listings can be found on VRBO.com. We both have lived in central Indiana all our lives. We met at Ball State University in 1975 and have been married for 47 years. Rob is is a retired C.P.A. of a 4th generation family practice. We have 3 children and 4 grandchildren! We look forward to sharing our three condos with our children and grandchildren (as well as you) for years to come.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After searching much of the Gulf Coast for a winter home, we fell in love with Sanibel after visiting high school friends who also have property within Sundial. We had certain criteria that we were searching for in a property e.g. on the beach, washer/dryer, less than an hour from a major airport, far enough south to "hopefully" have a warm winter, bicycle and walking paths, and great restaurants and shopping. Sanibel met all of those needs for us!
