The home was lovely, very clean, well equipped, great location, the pool is amazing! The “house manager”, Mike, was extremely responsive and gave us some good suggestions for places to eat during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return ourselves!

The heated pool and hot tub were the highlights of the trip! Lots of living space indoor and outdoor for adults and kids to all be together. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Lots of beach and pool items to use. Close enough to beaches and restaurants. Can't say enough good things. Would love to stay again!

This is a fantastic property. We stayed with extended family, and there is plenty of space for everyone. For people traveling with little ones, there is a high chair and a Pack 'n Play available. The pool is beautiful, and the kayaks were top-notch and super comfortable. We saw dolphins, multiple species of herons, and many fish on our trips. The beds seemed very new and were also super comfortable. Our daughter commented on how quiet the house was as well. You could not hear outside street noise. The patio had plenty of cover from the rain. The house is only a few minutes' drive to Siesta Key Beach, which is a great beach. The video game console was also a hit with the kid, who learned about the video games mommy and daddy played. We had one minor issue with the air conditioning, but Mike was very prompt to fix the issue. We appreciate his quick response. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home in a beautiful location.

Absolutely beautiful house, better than described!

Beautiful and super nice location. Plenty of room, gorgeous pool and fishing dock. Kids loved the game room and the pool toys. Perfect family stay!!

We had a great time enjoying this spacious home with private pool & deck area. It was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Many great memories were made in the heated pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet with the nearby marina. The boat traffic was entertaining as we chatted with passersby. The passing boats were not noisy or intrusive at all in the canal. Would definitely stay again if our travels take us back to Sarasota.

What a great house!

I have stayed in quite a few rentals over the past few years here in Florida, and this was by far the best experience so far. The house is new, updated with all the nicer amenities and in a great location. Highly recommend to others and we hope to be back next year!

This was a beautiful home! Tastefully decorated with everything you need for a worry free stay. Close proximity to Siesta Key beach as well as downtown and St Armand’s. The outdoor living space provided a relaxing spot to unwind and the pool was lovely. My guests and I were extremely happy with this home and would highly recommend booking this property.

House was absolutely perfect - very nicely laid out and had all that you needed. Pool and spa area was hreat- spa heated up quickly and pool was crystal clear. Had to have maintenance come out for a minor issue and they were responsive and quickly resolved the issue. This house is about a 20 min drive to Siesta Keys. No restaurants are walking distance as the house is right off a very busy street. But many are within a short drive. We rented a boat at Big Daddy’s which was convenient to the house. Great week spent at this beautiful home.

Great house and pool for a family vacation! Owner was very responsive and great to communicate with. Super simple check in and checkout rules. Easy drive to siesta key beaches. Just not a great walkable area.

The house was beautiful, clean and as advertised. About 10-15 min from siesta Key beach. Tia was very quick to respond with any questions. The pool area was the best part, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Fantastic vacation get away!

This house is amazing! Very clean, beautiful inside, lots of space, and great layout. We had great communication with the host and were extremely comfortable at all times. The outside pool with huge couch/ tv were were well used. At night, done would gather inside, others went outside. Close to siesta key beach. Would highly recommend!!

Perfection!

Truly a 5-star vacation. The property was pure luxury and absolutely immaculate. High end decor throughout, and the lanai area/pool/jacuzzi are paradise. I should also note that the owner is fantastic to work with. She is responsive and super nice, and also an expert at making sure that everything anyone could possibly need is at the house. The entire week was perfection. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful home! We had the best time staying here!

When we arrived at the house the key code we were given didn’t work. The property manager responded immediately with a different code to get in that worked. This house had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a great location and only a 10 minute drive to the Siesta Key beach. The pool and outdoor area were awesome and there were several days we never left the house just to spend time out there! The beds and furniture are very comfy and we felt at home staying here. We would definitely come back!

Best Stay Ever!

This was our families favorite Spring Break EVER and it's all because of how great the house and location was for us. The pictures don't even do this amazing house justice...it's breathe taking! My husband and 3 boys loved being able to watch boats on the canal and at the marina. Friends that stayed near by never wanted to leave our place. We felt like we were at home every time we walked through the door. We only went out to eat 1 night because we never wanted to leave the house and it was a great kitchen to cook in. Tia was wonderful to work with and helped make it super easy to check in and check out! We will definitely be going back!!!!

It was breathtaking!!

This property was all we wanted and more. Absolutely gorgeous. Every single thing about it. No one wanted to leave. We could have stayed forever. The video arcade machine was a fun surprise for the kids and adults. The pool over looking the canal was breathtaking. Inside the house was something you would see in a magazine. And Tia was helpful from beginning to end. This is a 5 all the way across the board. We will be back!
