This luxury waterfront home has 5 Bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with an infinity pool with a jacuzzi nestled on the Philippi River in Sarasota just a short drive by car or boat to the famous Siesta Key with its award-winning beaches.

This unique waterfront home will not disappoint, as it offers several spaces for everyone to enjoy their time. The home has two levels that offer different amenities to our guests. The levels are connected by stairs. Enjoy stunning water views of Philippi Creek while spending time in your vacation home.

On the upper level, you can find the main living area, kitchen, and 3 of the home’s 4 bedrooms. An elevator is installed for your convenience, in case you do not want to use the stairs. The living room/family room with its large TV, cozy wood paneling, and high ceiling invites you to enjoy everyone's company. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience and invites you to prepare your family meals. It has many gadgets that make vacation life easier and more pleasant. Including a coffee maker, electric kettle, smoothie maker, microwave, roaster, crockpot, and toaster.

If you don't feel like cooking, you can take advantage of the great restaurants and their delicious cuisine which are nearby. The breakfast bar and the formal dining area offer space to enjoy family meals. The kitchen opens to the living area with lots of space to enjoy. The flow of the home beautifully connects the inside living area to the outdoor with the wrap-around deck offering additional seating and spectacular views of the canal. The porch is a great place to unwind or have a drink at sunset or watch some TV in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee.

Three bright and beautifully decorated bedrooms are located on the upper level. You will immediately notice the love for detail so our guests can relax, rest and enjoy. The master suite is spacious with plenty of closet space to accommodate all your personal belongings. If you want quiet time, you can turn your TV on and enjoy your favorite show in bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and a soaking tub. All bedrooms have large closets with coat hangers for your belongings and luggage. One guest bedroom has a bunk bed, which could be perfect for our little guests. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom. This family bathroom has a shower/tub combo. All three bedrooms have blinds guaranteeing a great night's sleep for everyone.

As if the 2nd floor, the upper level doesn't have it all, it is time to move your vacation to the next level!

The 1st-floor level has a private resident suite with a separate bathroom. The private resident suite suite has its own large TV, a couch, and 2 queen beds. The suite can also work as an office if you need some quiet time for work. The bathroom with a shower can also be used as a pool bath.

The lower level features a spacious living area that connects to an amazing outdoor area overlooking the water. Enjoy your time with TV and drinks in one of the seating areas, unwind and get carried away by the views from the patio swing or play a round of darts. Spend a great time with your family and friends in the enclosed air-conditioned game room while playing pool or shuffleboard. How about a round cornhole? There are so many options. All seating areas have TVs, so you relax and watch the game with your family.

Sit, sip and relax at your private Tiki bar and watch the Florida Marine wildlife. Take a splash in the stunning infinity pool that lights up at night for an amazing atmosphere or just relax in the private jacuzzi overlooking Philippi Creek. A gas BBQ is provided for your convenience to have delicious dinners on the private main patio area. This outside pool area allows you really to enjoy what the sunshine state has to offer. With the home on a very wide part of the canal, the residence offers plenty of privacy. Just the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. Beach equipment is provided for your convenience.

The outside area offers plenty of space for fun and games and has sun loungers, so our guests can soak up the sun for a nice tan. The private boat dock can be used to fish or rent a boat from a local boat rental company. If you are interested in this service, please let us know ahead of time so we can establish this contact for you and you can work out the details. You could also dock your own boat if you like. The owners' boat is on-site (on the boat lift), but cannot be rented or used by guests. A double kayak and a Stand-Up Paddleboards are available for you to explore Philippi Creek (use at your own risk) and the surrounding areas.

There is so much to enjoy in this home on all levels and the choice is yours! The home is fully equipped with a washer and dryer and high-speed internet and WIFI. All TVs in the house have access to Cable TV and are Smart TVs. There are a total of 8 TVs in the home!

The pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an additional charge of $20/night. Please inquire separately about pool heating. We will be happy to help.

Parking is available on site for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway, and on street parking. The garage is not available to guests.

Per City of Sarasota’s Rental Ordinance - This property must be rented for a minimum of 30 nights. If the travel dates you are looking for don’t appear to be available, please contact our reservations team directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request at your property of choice, or another comparable home in our portfolio.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at Gulf Coast Holiday Homes. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
