If you’re arriving via I-75, take Exit 205 (Clark Road) and head west toward Sarasota’s beaches. Continue straight for about 6 miles until you reach Swift Road, then turn right and follow it north. After about a mile, turn left onto Holiday Drive and you’ll find the home on your right-hand side. The route is simple, well-marked, and will bring you right into the heart of Sarasota living.

Parking is available on site for a maximum of 2 cars in the driveway. Parking is available on the street. The garage is not available to guests.

Enter through gracious double doors into your private resort-style outdoor space. The centerpiece is a heated infinity pool and spa, surrounded by a sunken living room with a built-in firepit and a Western Red Cedar pergola and waterfall—an award-winning design featured among the “World’s Most Amazing Pools.”

Second Floor — Main Living Hub
Rise via a commercial-grade elevator to the heart of the home. Here you’ll find an inviting open-plan layout with a cozy study/den, formal dining room, and a large great room featuring a wet bar. The top level houses three bedrooms. The primary suite is a luxurious hideaway featuring a coffee bar, large en-suite bath, walk-in closet, and private veranda showcasing breathtaking sunset views over Sarasota Bay. Two additional guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A convenient laundry room rounds out this floor.

Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
