Mountain Side Lodge is nestled in the gated Biltmore Community, perfectly situated just minutes from Deep Creek Lake, Wisp Resort, the ASCI Whitewater Rafting Course, and countless area attractions. Inside this spacious home, you'll find a welcoming, open-concept main floor featuring a stunning floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided), a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area—ideal for gathering together. The main level also includes a king bedroom and a queen bedroom with its own charming loft, complete with two twin beds. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom with three twin beds is a great option for kids or extra guests, along with a desk space for remote work or planning your next adventure. On the lower level, you'll discover two additional queen bedrooms, a laundry room, a rejuvenating sauna, and a fun-filled game area with ping pong, foosball, a wet bar, and a twin futon for extra sleeping space.

Step outside to enjoy beautiful views of the 5th green at the Lodestone Golf Course, fire up the gas grill, dine at the outdoor seating area, soak in the hot tub, or gather around the firepit for memorable evenings under the stars. Mountain Side Lodge truly offers everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining Deep Creek Lake getaway. This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee).

THIS HOME does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using your own account. There are three exterior cameras at this home. Garage access is not available. Maximum 5 vehicles can park in driveway.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.

WHAT TO BRING: Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
