We invite you to kick back and relax at the modern Mountain Mindset just steps from the slopes of Wisp Resort! Our 6-bedroom, 5.5 bath home offers spacious accommodation for up to 16 guests to enjoy and ample privacy throughout 3 fully finished floors, making each of your guest’s experience superb! You’ll enjoy a host of amenities for year-round comfort and fun during your stay with the benefit of being right on the mountain for wintertime sports and close to popular restaurants, bars, and summer attractions.

As you step inside Mountain Mindset, you'll find a posh modern farmhouse design and warm atmosphere that will solidify your vacation choice and allow you to fully decompress. The spacious open concept great room is highlighted with plenty of natural light and the stone wood-burning fireplace will ensure cozy winter nights after long days skiing the slopes. With multiple living areas, a game room, large deck, and bedrooms spaced throughout multiple levels, our home will provide large groups or families adequate space to rest and unwind.

Adjacent to the main living room you will find a large dining area with seating for all your guests. The breakfast bar is perfect for older kids and teens to eat while enjoying a bit of space. The full kitchen is outfitted with granite counters and high-end stainless appliances, including an impressive 8 burner gas stove that would delight any chef. Your cooking will never taste better, and cleanup will be a breeze!

In the warmer months, enjoy the mountain breeze and filtered views as you dine al fresco on the covered deck just outside the great room. This is an ideal spot to pop open a bottle of wine or enjoy a cool refreshment over an intimate conversation with family and friends. A gas grill is also provided for those summer cookouts that are everyone’s favorite. After your meal, head down to the firepit and toast marshmallows over the fire for a delicious dessert!

Your lower-level family room is where you can kick off your shoes and relax on the large sectional with your favorite blockbuster hit. Of course, with a large flat-screen TV and wet bar with 2 beverage fridges nearby it is also the perfect spot to tune into the big game. What better spot to catch the Super Bowl? Serve snacks for a large group on the bar counter or pop a bowl of popcorn in the microwave. During commercial breaks, enjoy an exciting game of foosball. When it’s time to take it down a notch, head out to the steamy hot tub for a nightly bedtime ritual which you can enjoy year-round.

In the evening, take your pick at one of the six generous bedrooms each with a plush mattress, soft linens, and a Smart TV. The main master bedroom is located upstairs and features a large double vanity ensuite bath with walk in shower. You’ll also enjoy access to your own private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee in peace. 3 additional bedrooms finish off this level including a second primary suite with ensuite bath and Jack-and-Jill bath to connect the remaining two bedrooms.

For guests seeking a bit more privacy, there is a third primary suite located on the main level and kids and teens would enjoy the separation from adults in the lower-level bedroom which features two queen-sized beds.

No matter what time of year you choose to visit, there's always something to do in Deep Creek Lake. During the fall, guests can enjoy the foliage, pumpkin patches, and hayrides. In the winter, you are in the heart of the action at Wisp Resort with easy ski-in, ski-out access. Springtime offers scenic hikes in Swallow Falls State Park to enjoy wildflowers and beautiful waterfalls as the snow melts in the area. During the summertime, it’s a short drive to a local marina to rent a boat to hit the lake and you’ll enjoy coming home to a quieter environment to catch evening sunsets from the mountain.
