Beachfront Family Friendly Lake Michigan Retreat

Welcome to “Pa’s Beach Heaven,” a beloved beachfront Lake Michigan retreat where generations have gathered to soak up the sun, share stories by the fire, and watch the waves roll in. This is one of the only rental properties available with exclusive beachfront access in the area. It’s an ideal quick escape from the city for families and adults alike with direct, private access to the beach, tons of games and memories waiting to be made. With four bedrooms spread across three cozy levels, a wood-burning fireplace, and a private path to the beach, it’s everything you remember about summers at the beach - warm, simple, and full of heart.

The main floor features an open kitchen that flows into a charming living room with a fireplace and access to a big deck overlooking Lake Michigan. The large dining table and counter seating fit up to10 guests, with more outdoor dining available on the upper deck just outside the glass door. There's also a full bathroom on this floor for everyone's convenience. As you explore, you'll notice charming touches like treasured family photos, original artwork, and a special wall where generations of children have left their mark by signing their names, a testament to years of joy and cherished visits.

Head upstairs a half-floor to find the first of four bedrooms, complete with a built-in desk, a full bed, and a twin trundle. The primary suite is just another half-floor up, offering stunning lake views from its large windows , a queen bed, and its own private full bathroom. Please note, there are no window coverings in the bedroom, so you can take full advantage of the sunrise and sunset views.

Go down past the main floor to the lower level, where you'll find another bedroom with a built-in desk, a full bed, and a twin trundle. And just a half-floor further down, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. This floor also features a big TV/rec room, a full bath, board games, and access to the lower patio. You'll love the lower patio fire pit and hammock, both leading to your very own sandy path right to the beach.

Pa's Beach Heaven has been a beloved family home for years and is now being shared with other families for the very first time. You'll find parking for up to four cars on site. Please note that a neighbor has an easement to park one car in the far-left spot of the driveway.
