Restaurée en 2018, cette impressionnante maison est l'espace idéal pour se reposer et se détendre entre amis et en famille. Parfait pour organiser une fête sportive ou une fête de vacances! À 3 minutes à pied de la plage de Sheridan, vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir!

Cette maison comprend 4 lits queen, 3 lits doubles, 6 lits jumeaux. Maximum de 20 personnes autorisées.

Toutes les chambres sont situées aux niveaux supérieurs, il n'y a pas de chambres au sous-sol.

La zone de repaire séparée au sous-sol comprend un deuxième espace de vie avec des canapés, une télévision et une table à cartes. Aussi table de ping-pong et table de hockey sur air - parfait pour les enfants!

Protégé dans le porche, les meubles de patio et le gril à gaz pour les barbecues extérieurs! Laveuse et sécheuse disponibles pour les clients, ainsi qu'un parking pouvant accueillir 3-4 voitures.

La piscine sera ouverte du Memorial Day au Labor Day - selon la météo. Il n'y a aucune garantie que la piscine sera ouverte en dehors de ces dates.

The house was clean,comfortable and roomy enough for our group of 12 ladies. The kitchen table was large enough to seat us all which is rare to find. The extra refrigerator, ice machine and stove really helped when trying to cook for 12 people. It was just 2 short blocks to the beach. The pool was clean and well kept (even in early October.). We all voted to go back again next year!

This was our 2nd stay at this property and was as perfect the 2nd time as the 1st. Our family loves the pool and close proximity to the beach, Zoo, Lighthouse, park and grocery stores. We do all of our cooking in the house and appreciate all of the utensils, garbage bags, dish soap, spices, condiments, pots & pans, etc.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

This is the second time we visited this house and it is perfect for our family. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and great outdoor space with a pool. We have greatly enjoyed both our visits.

Excellent Home

Our family had a great time in the house. It was well appointed with everything we needed to cook and play, and it was very clean, which we appreciated. The two refrigerators worked wonderfully since each family brought their own snacks, etc., so there was plenty of room in which to put their food.The kids had a great time as they were able to play ping pong, etc., in the basement whout having to be with the adults all of the time. The fact that there was a TV in that area meant they could watch what they wanted instead of what the adults wanted to watch in the living room.

Perfect location

The location is perfect. The lake is only a few minutes walk from the house, and the pool was a highlight (especially for the kids). I paid to have the pool heated - good move, because the air temperature was in the middle 70s all week. More than enough bedrooms for our group of 12, and the house was well stocked with beach towels, condiments and paper products.

Location!!!

This house was big enough for extended family and somewhere for everyone to sleep. Everything you needed was at the property, towels, each chairs, games, pool floats, ice machine! plenty of cooking utensils. They even made sure there was plenty of propane for the grill. This is an older home and I would love to see the outside and fence power washed and cleaned up a bit. My favorite part was the location and proximity to the beach .

Summer Family Vacation

The property wasn't new but clean, updated and totally functional. We ended up utilizing all 9 bedrooms which worked out perfectly. Our biggest surprise was the high end pots and pans, all of the spices available for use, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc, etc. A lot of places say they provide these things but they are very limited. This one truly went above and beyond in providing amenities. The kids as well as adults loved the pool area and pool and, use of all of the pool toys, noodles, floats and beach toys when we went to the beach. We definitely would rent this house again.

Communication was Key

Me + 17 others were looking for a short budget weekend getaway and the property was perfect for that. The kitchen made cooking easy and fun, the social spaces were comfortable and had room, and the location is great. During our stay Penny from management answered any and all questions very very quickly which was greatly appreciated. She was knowledgeable of the area and was willing to go above and beyond with helping us enjoy our stay. If you’re debating between 2 properties, one thing a listing won’t tell you is about the management. This property’s management was caring and made our trip so so easy. No hidden fees, no crazy cleanup routine, and no bs. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Hannah was very helpful. When we arrived I noticed quite a few Things not completely clean. The patio grill area had a lot of leaves And some were wet. The pool area was not clean of debris. The grill had a torn grill cover. No instructions how to open or clean the pool. The ameneties mentioned a pool table and there was none. The mattresses are old And not comfortable. Old pillows. A few updates would go well here as it was roomy

MICHIGAN CITY FAMILY TRIP

This property was great for a large group. Plenty of dining space, (maybe a little more seating in the living room would be nice). The outdoor heated pool was perfect we had so much fun poolside babies and adults !!! It was about 2 blocks and a trek over the dune but getting to the beach was fairly easy. There was also a great playroom in the basement. We liked the quiet neighborhood. There was a cute zoo nearby, a few restaurants and bars and some really pretty parks. Other than that not a lot to do but that's the way we like it; no traffic, no high rises , no chaos - very family oriented! On the downside a few minor updates were needed. The outdoor grill was not working and only one of the nine bedrooms had any dressers, (not sure if they even had closets). A light in the laundry room would of been helpful. We were not thrilled about having to wash and dry our own towels. I would of thought the rental fee would of covered that. Overall a great stay, we would go back.

Our Thanksgiving Celebration

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this large Lake Michigan vacation rental. There were 19 of our family and we used every bed. The kitchen with two stoves and two refrigerators handled dinner preparations easily. We moved the dining room table into the kitchen area alongside the table there. And we were able to seat everyone. All in all, we had a great time. Hannah was great to work with. It might be helpful if we mentioned some of the downsides that might be helpful to both the owner and future guests. First of all, we were not there during the summer, rather late Fall. The pool was closed and the outside not used. Several issues flow from this fact. Two of the nine bedrooms are merely enclosed porches without closets or heat. The cleaning fee when the pool and outside are not used (and therefore no sand tracked in) seems high. Maybe different cleaning fees for the summertime and other times. The cleaning fee sounds particularly high when the guests are required to wash and dry all towels, have all dishes washed or in the dishwasher, and all beds stripped. I need to mention one other issue that little can be done about in the short term but might be worthwhile to mention if the owners are open to long term changes. Right now, the space is not well used. The lower level has two bathrooms and no bedrooms, the next level has five bedrooms and one bathroom, and the upper level has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The heating is fine on the upper two floors, but it is cold on the lower floor. Thus, again, in the Fall we seldom used the lower level. Regardless of the above shortcomings, the place worked out well for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving together. I would like to rent it again in the summer.

Because the home is so large we need to have a higher cleaning fee, but I can definitely speak with the owners regarding your question about lowering it during the winter months. Veterans reunion

Ten veterans met up. We had great amount of space. The accommodations were perfect for this group. Each of us had our own space, but we also had multiple places inside and out for two or three of us to have smaller group conversations. It was exactly what we needed. We ranged in age between 68 and 79.

Everything we could have imagined

This house is perfect Poor large gatherings! The pool is beyond amazing, the string lights at night put on a whole vibe! The heated water was so nice and warm for the kids. I truly had a great time at this house. There are two refrigerators! It was even an ice machine for abundant ice. They have truly thought of everything. Great homes for friends/family reunions.

Family Reunion

Property worked very well for our family at all levels. Recreation was great and kitchen was functional. Beach toys and pool stuff was great, excellent location. Parking was tougher than we thought for 4 large vehicles. Washing all linens before exit was a chore we didn't expect. Caught one mouse in the kitchen and saw one more. Would rent again and just plan for those items. How early can the house be booked ahead of time? Bookings for next year, two years out open?
