Just off the great room you find 3 bedrooms, each with a full over full bunk as well as 1 shared bathroom. Just past the living room nestled in the back of the house is the dining and kitchen area. Custom built high top dining table can be converted to one table seating 9 or three small separate tables seating 2 each with 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar top. Equipped with the original kitchen furnishings, this unique kitchenette promotes the simple life, less time in the kitchen means more time at the beach! Expand the fun into the four seasons room, perfect for game night. Venture out the back door to a brand new patio over looking the private backyard.
