Welcome to our beautifully appointed, beach-front, luxury, 19th-floor penthouse condo! As a penthouse, it features 10-foot ceilings and 8 ft. interior doors. A spacious, oversized, balcony overlooks the luscious sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico with endless views of the coastline. This property also has a reserved parking space! No wasted time driving around looking for an available spot to park your car.

It gets better! Our condo includes free beach chairs setup for you each day of your stay from March 1st to October 31st. This includes two chaise loungers for relaxing on the beach and one umbrella to provide some shade!

The kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. In addition to the normal kitchen appliances, you will find a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, cooking utensils, pots, pans, china, and much more. In the dining area, you will find a lovely table that will seat four comfortably. You will also find barstools at the counter for even more seating.

The living room has been beautifully furnished with a sleeper sofa, side chairs, tables, lamps, ceiling fan, and large flat-screen TV, and a DVD for entertainment.

From the living area, the sliding door opens to an oversized balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Patio furnishing is provided for dining or relaxing. This is a great place to watch sunsets or sunrises. Also, a fabulous place for gathering and playing board games with the family! If you are not lounging on the beach then you'll want to be on this balcony!

The master suite is accommodated with a king-size bed, comfortable bed linens, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding door opens to the balcony where you can view the beach or listen to the subtle sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. The master bathroom features a beautiful upgraded walk-in shower and a large double vanity countertop.

The second bedroom is accommodated with two full-size beds, comfortable linens, and flat-screen television.

What a nice place !!

First off the view is amazing, We have stayed on the 22nd floor before this was the 19th floor and it was just as amazing! Secondly, I have never ever stayed at a condo where the towels and the sheets and the bedding smelled so FRESH,, I don’t know what they use, But I would love to know! The place was so clean, check in was so easy KUDOS TO EVERYONE

Odessa June 2024 Stay

Absolutely loved the condo 1907 at Ocean Reef. The decor was amazing and let’s not talk about the beds, heavenly. It really felt like home. My friends and I can’t wait to visit again!

March 2024 Stay

We stayed at 1907 Ocean Reef. It is a lovely condo, nicely decorated. Plenty of room for our belongings. Lovely view of the beach and Gulf. We liked the location, easy to get to everything. The parking was convenient to the elevators and easy to unload and reload the car. The walk to the Beach and other accommodations was very easy and close. We would definitely book this condo or building again.

Last Minute Summer 23 Getaway

Reviewer Comments: We were able to book this rental 10 days before we came, which was amazing because one major life event after the other caused us to cancel our previous planned vacation earlier this summer! Spacious open condo with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Large wide balcony that catches all the evening breezes. We have stayed at Ocean Reef before, but this condo was beautifully updated to modern styles. The only problem we had is one of the elevators was broken, so there were times that it was difficult to catch one and oftentimes it was loaded, so only half our group could go at a time. People that live there expect it to be fixed by August.

Excellent Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved this condo! I was hesitant at first booking a newer unit with no reviews. However, it turned out wonderful. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. From the pictures it kind of looked dated, but it’s not. The extra tall ceilings make it feel more spacious. We enjoyed the balcony. Absolutely LOVED the assigned covered parking spot. Access to the beach and the free beach chairs made for a fantastic time! We definitely will be back!! The only downside was the carpet throughout. I would rather have a hard surface for cleaning purposes. But definitely not something that would prevent me from booking again.

Our spring break girls break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just finished our 2022 girls Springbreak trip with my sister and daughters. To say it was wonderful would be an understatement. We stayed in 1907. The condo was beautifully decorated. We could see everything from where we were. It was a little noisy but there seem to be a bit of construction above us. The beds were very comfy and so were the patio lounge chairs. The beach rentals were a plus too. But get there early if you want a chaise lounge we missed it for a couple of days but it was no biggie as they offered other chairs to us. This is the second year for us to book with Greta’s. Definitely the best. Hope to be back again next year. Spring is the perfect time for a vaca even for a short time.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our 2 month stay at this condominium. So many positives and no negatives that I can think of. Comfortable and homey, heated swimming pool and hot tub, well maintained building. We especially loved watching the sunset every night from the huge balcony. We recommend this place and are coming back next year.

We love this condo and location. It is beautiful and well furnished..

This is a great condo and the perfect location. This was our second time staying here for spring break. The elevators are fast and the location is fantastic. We loved the heated pool and hot tub, as the gulf was still a chilly 63 degrees. The view from the 19th floor large balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning outside and dinner at night, as we watched the waves roll in. Runaway Island is next door, and it is one of our favorite beach front restaurants. They have a great bar, live music, and good food. For those of you not familar with PC Beach, this condo has a Go Kart Race Track and Putt Putt Golf course right across the street. This is perfect for teenagers, and families who want to explore without driving. There is a doughnut shop, a nice diner, and The Local Steamer within a short walking distance. We did noticed an issue with the hot water last year, and again this year. This unit has a 50 gallon hot water tank, which should accomodate more than two guests showering before the third one is left with only cold water. Make sure you specify the correct number of parking passes needed during your stay. They are an additional $10 per vehicle this year, which is an increase from last year. The designated parking place for unit 1907 is very tight and against a wall. Overall, this is a great unit and we loved out stay.

Vacation Experience

When we arrived the parking was easy to find as well as easy check-in. Perfect location and right on the beach... with beautiful view. Enough Patio furniture for our family to sit down and eat as well as relax and listen/see the ocean. When we arrived A/C was not working(Which it happens and not the owners fault) when I called to report it they seemed like I bothered them and didn't want to have to deal with it. All of the stainless steel Pots/Pans had food caked/burned on the bottom of them so my husband had to go to the store to get a scrubber to clean them as they only provided a wash cloth. Majority of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty as well. Overall we had a great time outside of the condo and enjoyed the beach, local community, and condo amenities.
