Cette maison de 5 chambres, 3 salles de bains Poconos au bord du lac est niché dans la Communauté Big Bass Lake agrémenté de commodités. Que vous soyez à la recherche d'une escapade tranquille ou d'une escapade en montagne remplie d'activités, cette maison spacieuse et confortable ne vous décevra pas! La plage privée et le quai avec des kayaks, canoës et pédalos offrent un accès facile au lac Big Bass de 100 acres; Profitez de la pêche à l'achigan ou d'une balade paisible autour de l'île. Situé à quelques minutes des parcs d'État Gouldsboro et Tobyhanna pour la randonnée, la pêche et le canotage et à moins de 15 miles de tout le Poconos a à offrir (ski, golf, randonnée, rafting, Kalahari Resort et plus!)

La maison récemment rénovée comprend une grande salle de jeux, un bain à remous surplombant le lac, une cheminée à bois, un foyer sur la plage (bois inclus), une télévision par câble (écran plat de 50 et 60 pouces) et un accès Internet / wi-fi gratuit. Accès ouvert depuis les deux niveaux de la maison, grande terrasse / barbecue et foyer sur la plage offrant une vue sans fin sur le lac et le coucher du soleil!

La communauté Big Bass offre de nombreuses commodités pour toutes les saisons incluant piscine extérieure (été), courts de tennis, terrain de basketball, plage communautaire (surveillée), aires de jeux, piscine intérieure (hiver) et une piste de ski familiale dans la communauté. Girl's Weekend

A perfect place for a girl's weekend. The house was spacious and clean. Beds were made up for us when we got there and towels were plentiful. We took full advantage of the hot tub and enjoyed kayaking and using the pedal boat on the lake. The two refrigerators ensured that we had enough storage. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Winter Getaway

Great winter weekend getaway! House was clean, inviting, and fun! Our boys played ping pong, football, and air hockey all weekend. Short drive to Kalahari for the indoor waterpark and easy drive to Scranton to visit family and see a movie. The weather didn’t cooperate for the day we planned to ski, but we hunkered down with the fireplace roaring, some movies, and books. Great home and great location!

We love the house. House is large and has all we wanted: lake view, fire place, game room... In general all what we wanted in description. We will be back.

Perfect Getaway

Had a great trip here with 5 old buddies that hadn't been together in 10+years. Great location, layout was perfect with 5 bedrooms, access to kayak/jon boat, hot tub, game room. Great fishing. It was a great house that made for an awesome trip. 100% recommend!

Fun on the lake!

We absolutely loved being right on the lake with all the lake amenities included. Hours of fun with the paddle board, kayaks and boats! The fire pit lakeside was a great plus too. Some deck furniture to hang out on would be a much welcomed addition as there was only the table to sit at.

Family Friendly Home

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was extremely clean and fully stocked with everything from soap, shampoo, towels and sheets to spices and tea in the pantry. My family had a wonderful stay and was never bored thanks to the games in the basement and the boats to go fishing in. Everything was great and we will definitely be back.

A great week at Big Bass Lake

Everyone in our group - including kids from 3 to 16 - caught fish & loved using the dock, the kayaks, canoe & row boat. The downstairs is a kids paradise - the bunk room, ping pong, big sectional to get cozy on & watch movies or play games. Plenty of room at mealtime for everyone. The pool & sprinkler section on a hot day was great too.

Give it a try

Stayed her with my wife, 5 kids and in laws and I have nothing but good things to say. The lower game room level is huge and almost brand new. The upper level has 2 family/sitting rooms with ample seating space, including a large deck. Loved that the owners provided canoes/kayaks and a paddle boat. I would recommend to anyone for a quiet family getaway, very well kept.

Pocono Family Vacation

Our vacation was amazing and this property made it that much better. We were pleasantly surprised with the furniture upgrades (bunk beds and couches) from the photos in the original listing. Plenty of space for the 11 of us (7 adults and 4 kids) to hang out and relax. Plenty of things to do on the water, games to play on a rainy day, or space for a good nap. Thirty minute drive or less to most Pocono activities (mini golf, Junction Ive Cream, Pocono Race Way, etc.) and about 1.5 hours from Knoebels Amusement Park. I grew up going to the Poconos and all week got to hear my kids say how much they loved the Poconos. The house is amazing, the property is perfect for any time of year in the Poconos and the host is great and answers any and all questions! 5 stars all around!

Beautiful home, not great in the winter time

The home was lovely and spacious with beautiful scenery. However, when we got there the driveway was not plowed/shoveled. My car got stuck and I requested some assistance from the owner with any equipment he may have in the home, as we haven't gone out to get any food yet for the home. I was told to wait it out until it thawed! I asked again if there was anything we could use and no reply. Me and two others spent several hours over two days picking away at the ice and shoveling. Also wanted to add that the path leading to the steps was also not shoveled/plowed and it was icy and snowy, definitely a safety hazard! Had we gone in better weather, I'm sure I wouldn't have any complaints but that really ruined our trip and we were not given any grace with a later checkout since we had spent most of our time clearing out someone else's driveway that should have already been done before we got there.

Great owners, Great house

Very kind owners. House in great condition, seems like most of it was recently renovated. Basement, master bedroom etc like new. Great bunkbed room with lots of space, feels special. Quality construction. Even grandparents will have no problem opening the sliding doors.

A wonderful stay!

We loved the location of this house- in a very wooded, quiet community, right on the lake with a terrific deck overlooking the water. Plenty of room in the house for relaxing, playing games, eating and reading. We hope to go back next year.

Wonderful house in fantastic location. We had 3 families that included 5 grandchildren under 5

Great communication from owner, Nate. Perfect location with many amenities. House huge which accommodated 3 families with 5 children under age 4. Offered paddle boat, which was broken and not usable, I did inform Nate of this. Kayaks on premises were fun to use and with the paddle boat broken we were able to still take grandchildren out on the lake. One kayak out of four had a big leak in it. House Had 2 refrigerator/freezer to store all food and drinks. Hot tub was great. Ceiling fans were a great help. We had an awesome time. Thank you Nate.

Fun house

I would book this house over and over again!!! The basement is so fun! The upstairs has 2 spacious living rooms! If you have little ones there is plenty of room for them to run around. Only complaint is that the kitchen is very small. Especially if you need to cook for a large number of people. But we made it work! PLENTY of towels which was awesome because naturally people forget to pack those. I can’t say enough great things about this property!!!

Our stay at Big Bass Lake

We had a great week despite the heat and humidity which was still better than the Philadelphia area at the time. It was great just walking a few steps to the water, dock and boats. My son caught a very large bass right off the dock! We took advantage of the community pool and Rec center a few times and the little ones loved that. There are tons of places to hike in the area too. The lake is quiet and very peaceful at night. The owner was prompt at returning emails. Plenty of beds and space too. The kitchen is a little tight when multiple people cook but is manageable and having two refrigerators was great. Really nice place!

Wonderful lake house for our whole family

This was our 2nd stay at this house - everyone still loved it !! There was plenty of room for all - the kids enjoyed the bunk room downstairs tremendously. The house was clean, comfortable & had everything we could have wanted. The beach was great - plenty of boats and the fish were biting all week. We highly recommend this house. Thanks again. The Best and the Worst

The best was the following: setting with private beach and boats available, lots of indoor space for a family of 9, very clean bathrooms, two refrigerators, towels and sheets provided. The worst was the following: accumulation of dirt and grime both inside and outside kitchen cupboards (including webs), accumulation of dirt and webs on deck furniture and bannisters, broken screen doors with torn screens, broken kitchen stool, refrigerator with bars in door missing.

Wonderful staycation on the lake!

We were looking for the perfect place to just get away to hang out and relax with our cousins. This house was the perfect fit! The adults got to relax by the fire pit on the lake and the kids loved the game room and bunk room. Our kid’s ages ranged 6 years to 15 years and everyone was happy!! We all enjoyed going in the jacuzzi too. We are looking forward to planning another trip to return soon!!

Perfect Family Getaway!

The home, and the hosts, were wonderful! The home was spotless, welcoming, and had everything we needed for fun, relaxation, and lots of great times together... all without leaving the property! :). All three generations agree that it was the perfect home for a memorable vacation! I highly recommend this home and look forward to returning one day soon.
