Charming Bainbridge Island Cottage with Comforts

Located just minutes from Lynnwood Center on Bainbridge Island, this quaint cottage is a dream. This 2-story cottage offers a wooded getaway with modern comforts and amenities.

Because we open up our property for short periods during the year, please note that during the December/January holidays we have a 14-night minimum & we offer a month-stay discount. Please message us if you want to discuss. We will not be taking any short-stay bookings during the holiday season.

The ground floor is an open floor plan offering a full kitchen, living room lounge area, dining area, a laundry room, and access to multiple outdoor spaces. The spacious second floor with vaulted wood ceilings offers a king bed, a full-size leather sofa for lounging, an office area, and a full bathroom.

Our lovingly maintained cottage is located on a wooded acre adjacent to our home. You will see trees and greenery from every window. Parking is available directly adjacent to the cottage with easy access to the front door - just 2 steps up. On the back of the cottage is a large outdoor deck. Guests of our cottage will enjoy the feeling of being in the woods with all the urban conveniences of Bainbridge just minutes away. If you are not feeling up for driving to trails, there are trail heads just a few minutes away on foot from the property. Otherwise, great hiking trails are as close as a 5 minute drive. Bloedel Reserve, which is one of the furthest attractions on the island, is about a 20 minute drive. Winslow, the main town area and ferry terminal, is a 10-15 minute drive. Lynwood center is a 4-minute drive and boasts a great range of offerings: casual dining, cafes, a bakery/shop, cocktail bar, and even a movie theater!

The cottage can be booked at the base rate for 1 or 2 adult guests. To book additional adult guests, there is a per-person charge with a maximum of three (3) adults. Please let us know if you are traveling with children. We allow dogs - there is a single fee, please make sure to book with the dog noted.

This is our home that we open up to guests a few weeks/months of the year - so the interior fittings are nice quality. We take pride in our home and we believe you will love it too.

Please note: our cottage does not have a TV. We offer the use of our dedicated comcast business high speed internet during your stay.

For your convenience, we offer the use of a Gauva travel crib with sheets + a high chair with tray for our guests staying with babies (we have one of each item). We also have quality children's dishes and utensils.
