Au Cottage Hazel Point Beach Vous profiterez d'une merveilleuse évasion vers un chalet rustique et à distance Hood Canal avec des vues imprenables. Cette maison dispose de magnifiques levers de soleil et une belle plage. Le gîte dispose d'un foyer extérieur, barbecue charbon, et la végétation indigène. Explorez 500 'de la plage privée! Cette maison d'hôtes studio pourra accueillir jusqu'à 6.

Coin salon et couchage

Les espaces de vie et de sommeil sont combinés pour occuper un côté du studio. Détendez-vous sur le canapé en cuir, profiter des chaînes par satellite, ou repos complet dans un lit king-size. Un lit gigogne et lits superposés lits sont également présents pour les invités supplémentaires. Bonus: toute cette partie de la maison peut être séparé de la cuisine et salle à manger en fermant les portes de poche pratique.

Cuisine et salle à manger

Le gîte dispose d'une cuisine de campagne complète avec un grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière / four, micro-ondes. La cuisine a beaucoup d'espace de cabinet et est bien équipé pour votre séjour. Salle à manger peut accueillir six et complète de ce côté de la maison où vous pouvez profiter de vos fruits de mer frais, tout en capturant images et les sons de Hood Canal à couper le souffle.

Bath

Le gîte dispose d'une bonne douche, sol en ardoise, et est fini avec goût. Situé à l'intérieur de la salle de bains est une laveuse et sécheuse pleine.

Emplacement

Pristine Hood Canal est très recherchée pour ses fruits de mer abondante et eaux chaudes et claires. Le sentier de la plage peut être un travail à venir, mais vaut bien la promenade. Les bois ouvrent à 500 'de plage privée qui diplômés à palourdes et huîtres. Si vous restez à marée basse, vous trouverez de nombreuses merveilles naturelles sur cette plage - il est parfait pour la plage peignage et la natation.

Cozy Getaway with Stunning Views

We loved it! In hindsight I wish we had done less leaving to explore other areas and spent more time relaxing at the rental and enjoying the view.

Thanksgiving Oysters

Loved our stay! We do want to come back some time because our time was cut short but absolutely loved the property, the silence, the water, and the adorable and homey cabin. Got to eat oysters, see bald eagles, and even saw a black bear driving to the property one evening!

Beautiful location

This property was amazing. Great, quiet location with a short hike down to the water. The owners, who stay right next door, were super nice and friendly. I highly recommend any one going to this area to check out this property. It is small, wouldn't want to stay their with more than 2 adults and a couple kids, but was perfect for us and our dog.

Comfortable and quiet with stunning views

This property was beautiful, remote and really comfortable for our family after a trip out to the coast. Comfy beds, fun games for the family and lovely beach walks! Lots of privacy from the owners, even though their home is just next door. We had a little fire in the fire pit and watched the boats go by at sunset. If you want to get away from it all and need family time, then this place is great.

WATERFRONT SERENITY

Katie and her Family are very nice people. We enjoyed our stay while waiting for our house we purchased to close. They were very helpful in anything we needed and made us feel welcome. The house is very cozy. We would highly recommend. Thanks Katie and Family.

Quiet and peaceful

Katie is a friendly host and her cabin is very comfortable. She has a well equipped kitchen for family meals. We had no trouble cooking the abundant clams we found on her beach. She even had some toys for kids. A little tricky to find the location so maybe try to arrive in the daylight.

Nice, remote and quiet

Happy to find this place that accepts dogs. Floor is all wood so no worry about carpet getting dirty but we did wipe our dog's paws each time we came in. A lovely walk up the lane with lots of birds, some deer and we could hear seals barking from afar. Beds were very comfy!

This is a perfect spot if you just need a place to lay your head. Very clean and there were 8 of us an we had plenty of room to sleep and move around. Tucked away and a nice path to the beach. Bring all the food with you 30 minute drive to any establishment. We loved the fire pit. Be sure to bring camping chairs so you can sit back and chill. Owner was really nice. Tried to fix the tv but no success. They were having it fixed Tuesday so it should not be a problem for the next group. This is perfect for 1 or a small group.

My husband and I chose this property looking for waterfront and a dog friendly place to stay. This cabin is separated from the main house and has its own bbq and fire pit, with other seating areas and fire pits around the large property. It’s private! Our large dog was ecstatic about being off leash; she could run up and down to the shoreline and drink from a natural freshwater creek leading to the Puget Sound. We had a family over and had a quiet bbq, enjoyed the shells all over the shore and woke to the seals barking from our window. I hope our travels lead us back to Hazel point soon! Great hosting, generous and kind. Laid back.

Perfect Unplugged Weekend

This place is perfect for an off the grid weekend . It’s super clean, peaceful and close to the water. I also love that is very pet friendly. I think our dog loved it more than we did. Somethings to consider about when renting: The pictures make it seem like it is the only place on the property. The owners do live on property, and the “cottage” is a loft over an adjacent garage. They didn’t interact with us so it did feel like we were alone. If you are an XL person, the bathroom is not meant for you. It’s not really meant for people over 5’6. Water pressure though is AMAZING. There is no wifi so it’s ideal for catching up on reading or playing board games. You could do a destination DnD campaign. They do have spotty cell service and an old TV with a few DVDs. Overall would stay again.

Quiet nice stay

Secluded and quiet which we expected. Nice view of the water. A few things. We didn't realize that there would be no beach for walking or sitting most of the day due to tide. Once we realized that we had to go in the morning for a walk to enjoy the beach it was nice. I wouldn't call it beachfront. The pit for a pit fire worked well. We found lots of kindling and had brought wood. The house was nice. A deck or outside patio would have made it ideal. Kitchen we are is missing a few things. Many pot tops, noe of which fit any of the pans that were there. No pots to cook pasta, or sauces pans.Only fry pans. Air fryer was filthy. Please clean or throw out. I didn't feel like washing it. The owner was great and gave us some fresh garlic and her garlic press to use. Local fresh eggs to buy up the road.Community center is lovely but we never saw anyone there. Nice enough but with all of the fees, a little expensive for its location and amenities. Shower and bed were great. No dishwasher.

Minimalist with few creature comforts

Expectations always color our experience. Having stayed in, and managed, many VRBO units I have come to expect a certain level of amenities and cleanliness. In fairness, if you are looking for a very remote location many miles away from even a grocery store, and are interested in crawfish netting, then this place might work for you. We are seniors and it definitely was not for us. We rented the unit for 17 nights and stayed only one night. Temperatures dropped into the low teens and it snowed that night. The space heater in the unit was barely adequate and we frankly feared for our safety. In my opinion, the description of the property is misleading and doesn't reflect the tired furnishings, kitchen cabinets soiled by many years of being handled, and dishes with food stains with no dishwasher to get them any cleaner. In fairness, the property manager did give us the opportunity to cancel and get a full refund up to 3 or 4 days prior to our check in. We had our pet with us and alternatives were few so we stuck with the reservation. I did inquire about a refund--at least a partial refund-- and was stonewalled by the management company. Yes they were not obligated to a refund, but sometimes doing what's fair and right is the better option regardless of what we had agreed to without really knowing what we were getting into.

A lovely weekend

The property owner was kind and welcoming. There were toys and little surprises for the kids, which delighted them! We enjoyed digging clams and exploring the water’s edge. Be prepared though for a *very* steep trail along a narrow cliffside to get down to the beach. I found it nerve-wracking to navigate with the youngest children and older folks in our group, and our family does a lot of hiking and outdoor adventuring so that word of caution is not an exaggeration. The cottage was well appointed. Really appreciated the comfy beds and the laundry.
