À propos de cet hébergement

Ce magnifique condo a récemment été rénové avec des meubles mis à jour. Il est situé au rez-de-chaussée à la fin du bâtiment, il est donc très privé avec une vue directe sur l'océan. En sortant de chez vous, dirigez-vous directement vers la promenade de la plage et à quelques pas de la piscine en bord de mer et de l’aire de jeux pour enfants. Rez-de-chaussée signifie ne jamais marcher ou attendre un ascenseur. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, un grand espace de rangement et est entièrement équipée pour accueillir une famille pendant les vacances en bord de mer de ses rêves. Il y a un lit king dans la chambre principale, un lit queen et un lit simple (photo mise à jour à venir) dans la chambre d'amis et deux lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre plus petite. Il y a aussi un grand canapé-lit dans le salon pour un couchage supplémentaire. Ce condo dispose de tout nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon, la chambre principale et la chambre d'amis. Profitez de la brise de l'océan depuis le grand patio. Il faut seulement une minute de marche pour rejoindre la plage de sable blanc par les dunes menant à la plage.

Niché sur le soleil embrassé côte atlantique et dans les environs de la rue historique Augustine, la plus ancienne ville du pays, le condo offre de nombreuses possibilités de divertissement et de détente. Les attractions à proximité ne manquent pas, comme le parc d��Etat d’Anastasia, la ferme des alligators, le Flagler College et St. Augustine Premium Outlets Mall. Colony Reef se trouve à environ une heure de route des aéroports de Jacksonville, Gainesville et Daytona Beach, à une heure et demie de l'aéroport d'Orlando et à 20 minutes de Marineland (Swim With Dolphins) et du World Golf Village, notamment du Golf Hall of Fame.

Relaxing Vacation with Easy Access to Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great stay here. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Decor was cheerful and well done. The 3rd bedroom is very small, and really only holds the two twin beds but it worked fine for our teen boys. Lovely and peaceful view from patio and a super easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. We enjoyed playing pickle ball and the pool too. Highly recommend!

It is a great location on the water and on the first floor, so we didn't have to use elevators to lug things upstairs. the third bedroom was really too small for adult size people. We managed as I couldn't find a bigger unit on the beach. Loved sitting outside enjoying the beautiful view.I would recommend better curtains, as soon as the sun was up, it was way too bright in the den and master bedroom. Very nice condo! Had a great time on the beach!

Great Location but Condo left a lot to be Desired

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos make this condo look amazing but in person the condo was less than desirable. It definitely was not clean. There were dirty marks on the walls, dead bugs, a dead lizard behind one of the beds, the furniture was so worn and dirty that we purchased sheets to put over them so they were comfortable. We also had several live roaches while we stayed there. The drawers that the silverware and cooking utensils were in were also not clean. We moved to this condo when we received a call from management in September that the original condo we booked in April was no longer available. At that time there were very few condos available. In addition to the condo's condition, the pool had a problem which needed repaired and it was marked off in one area. All of this is a shame because the location is fabulous, right on the beautiful beach and close to St. Augustine. When I informed the rental office of our displeasure upon check out, they did refund a sizable cleaning fee and said that they would have come out and cleaned if we had informed them earlier. In my opinion that would have been disruptive to our time there and should have been done prior to renting the condo to us. I doubt they would have washed walls and cleaned drawers and they could not have replaced worn furniture, I don't believe.

Wonderful vacation.,, loved this place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, great amenities and the property manager staff was very accommodating and friendly. We spent a half a day in the historic town of Saint Augustine, which was wonderful. We also went to the alligator farm which was fabulous. We ate at Salt Life one day. It was great and there were food trucks at Colony Reef to make things easier on us for other meal alternatives. The location was perfect in every way. The only suggestions I can make about the unit itself was it could’ve used a dehumidifier as it smelled kind of musty, and they definitely need to update their silverware. They were only a few forks and they were all of “camping” caliber. Our unit also indicated we would have an electric grill which was missing but the office indicated we could have gone to them and they would have given us a grill to use during our stay. I also think they should allow more than one towel per person. We knew to bring beach towels, but really needed a couple more bath towels. These things are very minor compared to the absolute perfection of the vacation in general. Our first time to Saint Augustine and we will definitely be going back and we would definitely like to stay at colony reef! Thank you so much

Family Beach Week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was overall very nice! The location of our room was great and very convenient to pool and beach access. Also convenient to parking with its location on the ground level! The updates in this unit were nice with front loading washer/dryer and a more open kitchen area than we have seen in other units at Colony Reef. The couch was very comfy and the dining table a great size for a crowd. Some not-so-great aspects: there were some cleanliness issues in bathrooms (hair in tub, greasy/smeared mirrors). The linens on beds didn’t fit well. And the master bed mattress was broken in one side. Broken lamp in bedroom. However, despite those issues- we had a great time calling this place home for the week.

Never Again!

Reviewer Comments: We were very unhappy with this rental #2101We killed several roaches and the place was not very clean... The sheets and bedspread felt as old as the condo and I hated sleeping in them. We had maintenance there for different things... the sliding door would not close, no hot water, etc. I would not stay there again. We were told that the owner was selling and didn't want to fix anything up!!! Don't rent it then...

very nice ocean front stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we really enjoyed staying at colony reef and the location and view are wonderful. We had 6 adults and 1 child and it was a bit crowded the 3rd bedroom is really only suitable for kids it is closet sized. the only other negative was they didn't have screens on the 2 sliders or back windows and in the wonderful weather we wanted the fresh sea air to come inside. Also bugs were an issue I woke up with a huge centipede in my bed after it bit me and was also bit by a spider in the condo. But overall a very nice condo with pretty updates and furniture will go back again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately this place was lacking in several ways. The beachfront and decor was great but several other issues.We’ve stayed in different places for 15 years in St Augustine this was my least favorite due to the following:Sheets didn’t fit the master bed. It was a king and sheets were for a queen. So when you roll over the mattress is exposed. Kids twin beds had mold spots and leftover dried food on them. Condo came with only ONE dish towel and dish washing cloth. No beach towels and barely enough bath towels for everyone. Dirty floor and dead bugs by master sliding doors. Sun rises right into the master and no blinds on the sliding doors so there’s no sleeping in once sun rises. The washing machine pooped out on us the night before leaving so I have to hand ring out all of our clothes at 11pm.The internet box wasn’t plugged in when we arrived so we had to search for it and plug in router. The remote control was found under the side table.There were dirty silverware in the drawer. Not spots but actual food on them. Comb webs and dried worms on the balcony.I’m thinking someone had to rush out of the condo and things just weren’t cleaned before we came. We’ve stayed here in a different unit and it was great but this condo just didn’t meet basic standards unfortunately.

Entrance lock could be updated for peace of mind. Bathrooms could be cleaner and couch needs a deep cleaning. Probably too many wet bottoms sitting on it. But this property could provide a few more basics! Disappointed that there was no paper toweling. Only one roll of toilet paper and no coffee or spices or oils! Most bare bones Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. Also being a beach location with all tile floors maybe more plastic cups !

Highly recommend this cozy place w/ easy access to beach/pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at the club, but our first time staying in 2101. I think this has to be one of the best units in the club (ground level, ocean view, private, and just a few steps from the beach and pool). Staff was very friendly when we arrived, and the check-in was a breeze. My wife left her diamond stud ear rings in the unit, and we were delighted that the management and staff quickly shipped them back to us. Wow!!! Thank you!!! We hope to be back again soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in a fantastic location, nearby the pool and play ground, but not too close where it was noisy. The grounds were kept clean. The pool was resort sized which was a nice surprise. Great distance to the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk, if that. The unit we were in needs a deep clean. I wiped cobwebs and dead bugs off the walls. There was lots of crumbs and peanuts in the chair cushions. Simple things that would just take an extra 30 minutes to clean and our experience would have been perfect.
