The living room features an open plan design with two plush sofas that surround the Smart TV and the beautiful French doors that lead out onto the sunny covered patio, the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee with picturesque lake views.

Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully equipped serve through kitchen with high-end, stainless steel appliances including a full size fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, a built in microwave, oven, stovetop, coffee maker and a dishwasher to take care of the cleaning up giving you more beach time.

Eat together at the elegant dining space with a table set for six or if you don’t feel like cooking, take a short stroll to the Golden Mile where you will find an abundance of delicious bars and restaurants including Salt Life, Panama Hatties, Beachside Diner just to name a few.

The master bedroom features access to the patio area and is filled with a luxuriously large four poster king bed and a wall mounted Smart TV. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.
