Incroyable Condo avec vue sur la mer au Colony Reef Club 2304

Ce condo se trouve au troisième étage à côté des unités front de mer. Le grand balcon de la chambre principale et du salon donne sur la piscine et la cour et offre une excellente vue sur l'Atlantique. Le salon a été mis à jour récemment.

Il y a une télévision et un lit king dans la chambre principale, une reine dans la deuxième chambre et deux lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre appelée "Nid du corbeau". La cuisine est bien équipée et dispose d'un nouveau lave-vaisselle et d'un réfrigérateur. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. Passez un bon séjour!

Perfect!

Our family of six enjoyed our spring break vacation at this property! It was so lovely. Amazing location with beach and pool views! The villa itself was so clean with comfy beds! The property was beautiful! We would absolutely recommend to others and return for another visit.

Ocean beauty

We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much! Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and lovely decor. The view and patio on this condo were our favorite! So beautiful! We definitely recommend this for a wonderful stay!

This year there was construction next door for 3 days that was ridiculously loud. We would want to know in advance if there is construction again as we would not stay during that week. Otherwise no complaints.

Nice Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from this condo were beautiful, the furnishings were very nice, and it was very quiet. I am a light sleeper and usually use a sound machine to block out noises but I didn't use it and I didn't hear a thing outside the condo. My main criticism is that there was absolutely no storage in the kids bunk room. There was no room for drawers or a table (only the beds) and the only closet in the room was locked so we had to share our drawers and closet space in our bedroom with the kids, which was very inconvenient when we were trying to change, etc. My only other complaint would be that it was not as clean as I would like. The clothing drawers were dusty/sandy, and the refrigerator had cheese shreds in the drawer and the shelves were dingy. I had to wipe out the clothing drawers before putting in our clothes and wipe out the refrigerator. I also washed the sheets before we slept on them as there was some sand and hair on the beds in the kids room. There was also an old bandaid under the edge of the stove. Also, they only initially supplied 3 towels and 3 washcloths in the main bathroom, which is odd since the bunk room and 2nd bedroom can accommodate 5 people. When we requested additional towels we had to wait until the office opened and rather than sending out someone from housekeeping, we had to go pick them up ourselves. This is not a big deal, really, just unusual. Overall, however, the resort and condo were just lovely.

It has everything: great decor, great furniture, wonderful beds and the ocean view from the patio is so perfect. Colony Reef is very well maintained, managed, and cared for by friendly people that really do care.

Relaxing January at CR

The property is well maintained, It's safe ith secure entrance. The staff is professional and helpful. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Easy beach access. No negatives. We plan on returning next January. St Augustine weather can be iffy in January.
