Les nouveaux propriétaires, les nouveaux appareils, 3 téléviseurs à écran plat, beaucoup de fournitures supplémentaires, impeccablement propres avec un nouveau look décoratif! Condo offre 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, avec tout le confort et les commodités pour un séjour de détente pour les couples ou les familles. Les chambres de maître et d'invité ont de nouveaux lits king size et des bains contigus. La troisième chambre (le nid de corbeau) dispose de trois lits jumeaux pour les enfants ou les adultes qui souhaitent un endroit confortable pour lire, se détendre ou tout simplement s'éloigner! Le grand balcon extérieur comprend des meubles pour les repas détendus.

Condo offre une vue fantastique sur l'océan, piscine, vaste cour herbeuse pour les enfants à jouer, courir, profiter des jeux familiaux, etc. Condo est à quelques pas des courts de tennis, une piscine intérieure, un centre de remise en forme et une promenade privée vers la rue vierge. Great Location & Amenities

Really enjoyed our stay here. Our boys loved the indoor and outdoor pool plus super easy access to the beach. The large outdoor patio was really nice for all 5 of us to chill after a long day at the beach. Will be back!

Excellent Condo!

We have stayed at Coral Reef Club for the last couple of years. The staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very family oriented. Great place for families. This condo was exceptional. Very clean, awesome view to see the sunrise and had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to have more bath towels. We only had two in each bathroom. Will rent this condo again!!

Some basics not provided.

Check in easy and property is clean and well maintained. Beach was beautiful. Poll cleaned daily. We did have to purchase toilet paper, dish washing detergent, trash bags, and hand soap. Towels were minimum amount. Did not include beach or pool towels.

The check-in process was very easy. And the complex is great! The complex is great for families. There were lots of kids and there was an elevator which was great for my parents. But there are a few things they could improve upon: (1) the beds are very uncomfortable. The listing said the mattresses were new. (2) the condo does not come with beach towels. This is the first property I’ve rented in the St Augustine beach area that did not come with beach towels. We had to go buy them for our stay. (3) initially there were only four (4) towels for showering. We had to go to the administrative building to get more since there were six of us which was known before our arrival.

My daughters needed to go to Target to buy new pillows. Needs some deep cleaning and new bedding, towels and kitchen accessories. Unit owner needs to stay in unit and see for themselves. Office folks are very nice. Love the partnership with Drifters bike and cabana rentals.

It was quiet and peaceful with very little nighttime noise. Very family friendly and safe. The outdoor pool was very clean and well maintained. The community center with indoor pool was, however, fairly dated and the indoor pool seemed rusty and dirty. Although we had such beautiful weather that we really only used the outdoor pool.We loved the no smoking policy, the no pets policy, and the noise policy. All of these things really make this place a family friendly complex. We've stayed at really beautiful places that get ruined by the smell of marijuana and young people partying at the pool until 3 am screaming foul language. This place was free of all of that and made for the vacation to be very relaxing and beautiful.The grounds keeper, Nate, was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at the front was friendly and responsive. Even when we had an issue with the dishwasher in our unit, they did everything they could to help (even though the actual owner of the unit was being difficult about it.)Town of St. Augustine is very charming and full of things to do. The Catholic Basillica and Fort are perfect to break up the beach and pool visits. St. George St. is nice to walk down and try NOT to spend all of your money. The only downside to the town is the large crowds on the weekends and the inability to park anywhere. Best to check it out early morning during the week.Overall, the place was great and we plan to stay again!

Our family has been coming out to Colony Reef for reunions for many years and this year we all thought the condos were showing a lot of wear and tear and were a bit ratty. The office folks are great. Too bad the cleaning people aren't as good. Our family actually rented 8 condos this vacation and we all felt the same.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Only a recliner couch in condo that is fine for my husband, but uncomfortable for me. Wish there was a small upholstered chair with an ottoman to make my stay more comfortable.

Another enjoyable visit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in 1210 several times except last year when we cancelled due to the pandemic. One problem was that we waited in car for two hours until after 4 o'clock waiting for it to be cleaned. After going back into the office we were told that it was ready much earlier after being promised to be notified with a text or call which never came. Otherwise we enjoyed the condo and vacation. WiFi improved since last visit. However problems with toilet as the toilet tank didn't work properly throughout stay. Only other issues would be that the condo needs a better cleaning as there was a noticeable dirt build-up along baseboards and floor. Starting to look overdue for a paint job also. Some issues with loud people and foul language from other condos in complex that could be easily heard. Otherwise we enjoyed our time and happy that we could visit again and hope to again next year.

Some suggestions for the condo would be an update on the WiFi and addressing issues with the hall bathroom toilet. Daily interruptions on the WiFi. The toilet needed constant attention.
