Condo au rez-de-chaussée prÚs de la piscine et du spa du Colony Reef Club 1106

Beau condo de luxe doté de salles de bains récemment rénovées et de multiples fonctionnalités améliorées. Le nouveau maßtre de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne avec un mur d'escalier et un carrelage. La cuisine spacieuse présente une roche de riviÚre sur les éclaboussures et les murs. La grande salle offre de nombreux siÚges et dispose également d'une cheminée électrique de luxe pour des soirées plus chilliÚres ou une ambiance si vous le désirez.

Il y a un lit en peluche dans la chambre des maßtres, une reine et un jumeau dans la deuxiÚme chambre et quatre lits jumeaux (style superposé) dans la troisiÚme chambre plus petite. Il y a 3 grandes téléviseurs à écran plat situés dans la grande salle, la chambre des maßtres et la chambre 2. Un wifi privé a été ajouté à cette unité pour un service ininterrompu. Ce rez-de-chaussée, l'unité avant de la piscine est parfait pour votre prochaine escapade ou des vacances prolongées.

Love this property. Huge community pool, hot tub. Beach is ideal. Grocery stores close by. Restaurants too. Only thing we don’t like is the 10am checkout time. That’s really early.

Overall really happy with our stay. The only down fall that there is no way to clean up messes easily with little kids. A dust pan would be a nice addition, especially with all the sand from going in and out.

Great unit, close to pool and beach. We love Colony Reef.

Check-in was a breeze and flexible. The unit was clean and we loved being on the bottom floor. The unit is very close to the pool and beach. Family room was great. Kitchen could use some additional items such as mixing bowls, plastic containers with lids, plastic cups, etc. Would be great to add a ceiling fan to the patio, family room and guest bedroom.

Perfect getaway

We had an amazing time. The condo has literally everything you will need. Including coozies! The kids had a blast. It was great being able to walk from the balcony to the pill & beach. Will deff be back!

We loved how close to the pool it was, the grassy area right outside the door was so convenient for the kids to play while the adults relaxed on the porch. Close to the boardwalk for the beach, all around it was a great stay! Definitely recommended!

Stay in St. Augustine

Overall it was a very nice place to stay....the bunk room isn't very big when you put four kids and their luggage in it but we made it work. The dining table is pretty crowded when you have eight people around it too. The week we were there the weather was FANTASTIC so we spent a lot of time out of our unit which worked out good given the size. The beach is wonderful. The pools, hot tub, games room and other amenities are all very nice and well looked after. We had a maintenance issue which was looked after quite quickly. We would definitely stay here again!!

Girls week

All was well. A bit smaller than expected and not as clean as we’d hoped. Great location...easy access to pool and gorgeous beach. We appreciated being allowed access several hours early. On departure day, a man entered the condo without knocking telling us he heard we’d left. Very scary and uncomfortable. He should have knocked regardless. Great security, appliances were finicky. Dishwasher, especially, needs work.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo itself was very good, however the cleanliness wasn't what I would say was great, picture in master bath which is put up by Velcro kept falling off the wall every time someone took a shower, took 2 days to get tv in one of the bedrooms to work, could not find a dust pan, grill outside wasn't the cleanest but had to clean it good so we didn't get stuck with a $50 charge for it, there was water inch deep under sink, didn't notice it until about the 3rd day and it started to stink, had to clean it up, turned in paper at front desk, however never knew until day we left that maintenance had even been there to check it. 3rd bedroom was all bump beds no where to put clothing and very had to get into, no room. Furniture in living room was tearing up, dining table was unbalance, really don't want expensive stuff due to people going in and out, however it cost for the week like it was an extravagant place. Overall I would have been more happy if it had not cost so much! Give it a 3 between 1 and 5.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 plus 2 more relatives had a great time at CRC 1106. The ground floor access really opened up the space since we could use the patio as an extension of the condo. A word of caution to families with teens: the 3rd “bedroom” is big enough for 4 bunk beds and that’s it. It’s really intended for little kids, not teenagers. My girls slept on the bottom bunks and were okay, but the lack of space for suitcases was an issue for them. We still had a great time and didn’t really stay inside much with the pool and ocean so close to the room. The Colony Reef staff was very attentive to any and all concerns, not for our stay, but you could tell they were constantly addressing issues from other guests.
