L'unité 1506 a été récemment mise à jour et toutes les photos datent d'avril 2016! Nous avons effectué des améliorations IMPRESSIONNANTS à l'unité 1506! Nous avons une toute nouvelle cuisine moderne, des salles de bains rénovées, de nouveaux sols en carrelage, de nouveaux tapis dans la chambre à coucher, tout ce que vous pouvez demander! Venez rendre visite à 1506… vous en serez ravi!

Toutes nos locations sont équipées de linge de maison complet, d'un lave-linge / sèche-linge et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour que tout ce dont vous avez à vous soucier, c'est de vous amuser! De plus, notre complexe offre une piscine, un espace barbecue / pique-nique, un accès WIFI GRATUIT, une aire de lavage de voiture, une promenade pour la plage et un marché pratique à côté! De mars à octobre, nous proposons également un service de plage GRATUIT! Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes de Fort Walton Beach et de Destin, sur la magnifique île d’Okaloosa, et à seulement 400 mètres d’excellents restaurants, discothèques, magasins, activités nautiques et du Gulfarium!

Nos unités de condo sont non-fumeurs et The Nautilus est un établissement sans animaux.

Awesome Location Beautiful Biew

The condo was newly renovated and was very well stocked. We will definitely be adding this location to our return trip list.

Wonderful, needs tweaking

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, satisfied with our stay. The beach and local restaurants did not disappoint! The Nautilus is looking a bit old and run down. A bare foot walk in the hall or unit balcony will leave the bottom of your feet black. The unit’s en suite bathroom shower had thick shower grim-soap scum and bad repair of the wall around the toilet paper holder. With that being said, we are looking forward to coming back next year!

Unit 1506

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was pretty however there are a few things. Need more lights in the living room area. The master best ceiling fan did not work and needs repair but we didn’t need to use the fan. The toilets need to be replaced with higher one especially for tall or senior people. Could use a pizza pan and air fryer in kitchen. The unit was non smoking but I did not know the grounds were not. The beautiful unit balcony could not be enjoyed by us in the afternoon due to other units smoking on their balconies. So this is a deal breaking for future visits for us. I would only recommit individuals that don’t mind smoking.

Property was as described. Decor was nice and updated. Air conditioner worked great. Master bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very convenient to access the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay at Nautilus. Facility is clean and the location is perfect. Having Beach umbrella service daily is a huge plus for our stay. Gerilynn at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She is attentive and quick to be helpful in every way. We have stayed her 4 times now and certain if we go back to area it will be a 5th time. Condo are clean and wife feels very safe staying here. We have done Ocean front and Ocean view and we enjoy both with the added bonus of sitting on deck each night listening to sound of water. Location is fantastic as it removes you from the hustle and bustle of being in Destin. Elevators are a little slow but this is certainly not a dealbreaker for us. We had yet another Wonderful Stay

Unbelievable view!!

This property was just as described! Pros: beautiful view, you can hear the waves right from the living room or master suite, massive wrap around balcony perfect to have breakfast and dinner on while enjoying the view, secondary balcony in second bedroom, super clean, access to beach chairs and umbrella, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, beach has unbelievable clean white sand. Cons: check in time is tough as you can’t check in until 4pm but they close at 5pm. Lots of ways to work around this if you coordinate with the office but took a little extra planning. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

We enjoyed our stay with a tastefully decorated room, convenient beach access, a great view, and that beautiful white sand. A bit of a drive to find more choices for lunch or dinner, but we managed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
