In 2019, this charming retreat underwent a transformative renovation, featuring brand new granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as fresh furniture and modern tile flooring, guaranteeing a truly exceptional vacation experience.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts ample space and is fully equipped with a comprehensive suite of full-sized appliances. We've taken care of all the details, providing you with cookware, bakeware, and utensils so you can leave your kitchen worries behind and savor your getaway. The adjacent dining area comfortably accommodates 4 guests, allowing you to share memorable moments with your loved ones while preparing or enjoying your meals. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar, ensuring everyone can gather together.

Relax in the generously sized living room, featuring an abundance of plush seating options for your comfort. Wonderful experience

Even though we had rainy weather, we were able to take advantage of moments when the rain stopped for walks on the beach, reuniting with family returning from overseas, and some fun at local places. We used the grill multiple times for delicious fish and even some s’mores. The condo was clean and very comfortable, nicely decorated and had the appliances we needed most. Great place for a beach vacation.

Family vacation

The property was clean and well maintained. This area of the beach is towards the end of the island so it was very quiet and less crowded which we loved!

Wonderful location to see the beautiful Gulf

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seacrest 609 was fantastic! This was our first time staying in this condo and we were very pleased! The trash compactor and elevator is super convenient at just a few steps away across the hall, which we loved having an 18 month old and 9 year old in tow. The condo was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The rooms were large with comfortable beds. And the balcony is huge with water views at every angle. We also enjoyed the pool and beach and this condo is in the middle of the complex, so it’s tucked away from the noise but not the beauty. This is the third time we have rented through Legacy Vacations and we will be loyal to them moving forward. The customer service is top notch, which makes a huge difference when traveling. They answered my questions on a busy Memorial Day weekend and even pushed to get the condo ready a little early so we could get the kids settled. The Legacy team always provides white glove service! We will definitely be back!
