Cette unité moderne de 1 chambre est très mignonne, elle a beaucoup d'espace à parcourir. La cuisine a une petite île avec le poêle sur le dessus et beaucoup de comptoir, c'est une unité très confortable avec une belle vue sur la plage.

Toutes nos locations sont équipées de draps complets, d'une laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité et des cuisines entièrement équipées, donc tout ce dont vous avez à vous soucier est de s'amuser! De plus, notre complexe offre une piscine, une aire de pique-nique, un WIFI GRATUIT, un espace de lavage de voiture, une promenade sur la plage et un marché proche à côté! Pendant les mois de mars à octobre, nous offrons également un service de plage GRATUIT! Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes de Fort Walton Beach et de Destin sur la belle île d'Okaloosa et à seulement 3/4 mile des excellents restaurants, vie nocturne, boutiques, activités nautiques et le Gulfarium!

Nos unités de copropriété sont non-fumeurs et The Nautilus est une propriété sans animal domestique.

It was a nice condo. It had good views of the gulf. The included beach chairs/umbrella were a wonderful perk. The front staff was great. Had an issue with the door lock and it was addressed quickly. It was my wife and I first trip to Florida/Alabama gulf coast. After touring from Gulf Shores to Miramar beach, Ft Walton felt less busy than Gulf Shores and Destin. As we like to explore and driving an hour or more is the norm, the location made it great to kind of home base from.

Great condo!

This was a great condo! Perfect location and beautiful views from the balcony. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the stove top took forever to heat things up, but we only used it once. I loved the free beach service of an umbrella and 2 chairs. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Relaxing, beautiful and warm

It has flaws that are easily overlooked when you walk out to the small balcony. Sunrise to sunset, very peaceful for us. The staff are really accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved it!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Fully equipped with everything you need and prior emails and communication before we arrived had all the info so i knew exactly what to pack. Location was directly on the beach. Our view was breathtaking. Never had an issue with noise. For two people this was ideal. It would get a little tight if u added anymore. But it is do-able with kids. We would absolutely stay here again for the location to the beach and proximity to Destin and surrounding establishments.

The mattress has a hump in the middle. I flipped it, and was not better. The living room needs a chair. The ice machine was a huge success, we loved.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a mini vacation and stayed in 1505. The unit was very clean but there were some things that were outdated and small things that could have been done before we stayed. The table outside did not sit down on all four legs and one of the chairs was broken. My husband almost busted his tail. The screen door was broken and when we came up one afternoon it had blown down. There were blown light bulbs and about 3 out of the 4 clocks in the unit did not work and needed batteries. My biggest concern was one of the elevators kept acting funny. One of the men we ran into staying there said he had reported it. Well my husband and I got stuck on the thing. It got stuck between the floors. It did not work right since and no one ever put an out of order sign up or anything. Lastly, we had a major water leak in our room but I will say the maintenance man was there within an hour and got it fixed. We did enjoy our eventful stay but needs updating!

Reviewer Comments: Floor filthy, a few roaches, bed frame broke (could tell someone tried to weld it to be cheap), mouse in room (maintenance thought it was funny as well as office lady), took an hour and half to cook breakfast because I had to cook on hottest setting available.
