Notre combinaison salon / salle à manger comprend un centre de divertissement avec une grande télévision connectée, un canapé en cuir, des chaises Lazyboy et plus encore. La salle à manger peut accueillir quatre personnes.

La cuisine comprend de beaux comptoirs, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, des armoires personnalisées, une barre de petit-déjeuner, une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, une élimination, une laveuse / sécheuse, du linge de maison complet, etc. Nous avons ajouté de nombreuses touches et articles personnels. Tous vos besoins ont été anticipés.

L'unité a une chambre principale joliment décorée avec un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat, un grand dressing éclairé et une grande salle de bain principale. La deuxième chambre dispose de 2 lits queen-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bain complète.

The PERFECT place for us!

This was our fourth vacation in the Destin area and this was our favorite! The condo was stunning! There was plenty of space and it had everything we needed for our family of four. We loved being walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Being so close to the pool and the beach PLUS the beautiful views of them from the condo made this trip perfect for us! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Very nice and great location away from main strip

We absolutely loved this property. Everything was better than anticipated by pictures. There was a beach view from every window/sliding door of the unit. There was a bit of notice due to close proximity to pool and outdoor restaurant seating but we didn’t mind at all. We even got to watch weddings on the beach and a proposal. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

The View!

Loved EVERYTHING about this property! The cleanliness, the space, and OMG the view! The view alone made us not want to leave the room. From the living room to the balcony we were able to see it all! Just an exceptional property. Definitely my new home away from home. Already planning my next trip. Great Job to the owners!

The place is very nice and clean. I wish it was a little higher than the 2nd floor but it was OK. Good access to the beach. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property

The property was exactly as described and very clean. It is a corner unit with views facing east and south; beautiful! The owners answered any questions that we had in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo stayed 6/1/24-6/8/24

Beautiful condo in a great location. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and the evening listening to the waves and watching the water. It was nice to have to pool so close to us. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and had all the amenities that were listed.

Awesome Vacation Beach Condo!!!!

This condo was amazing...beach ocean view is incredible! The pool overlook allowed me to watch kids while they were there. Loved the easy access to beach bar across the sky bridge. Definitely would have enjoyed more elevator access but since we stayed on second floor, it wasn't too bad. We would all love to stay here again and again!

Overall it was very nice!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo unit was as described… well set up and comfortable. Cleanliness of the unit was excellent! We give the condo itself a 5/5. The overall trip, we give a 4.5/5. Reason being is parking! The parking garage is very low and our vehicle, along with numerous other vacationers vehicles, did not fit. With minimal parking in the parking lot, you’ll need to be patient for a spot in the evenings. But outside of parking, we highly recommend this unit. Especially for families.

Wonderful location! I loved that we could walk to two restaurants easily! The chair and umbrella service that came with the unit was wonderful. Owners are easy to work with and I highly recommend using this unit and we hope to return future. There can be some noise since you’re so close to the pool area and restaurant. However, that really wasn’t an issue for us. There’s also a fan in the bedrooms to help ground out any noise if you go to bed before 10 or 11.

The location was good however, I didnt like how you could walk to the window in the livingroom and see people dining right below us. You’re right above the restaurant so at night had to pull the shades down. Not a make or break situation, just didnt know we would be right above the restaurant and people would be able to look up and see in if we had the lights on at night without the shades drawn.

Love Miramar Beach! A Slower pace than Destin and Panama City Beach.

Easy Check in! Faster process than expected. Great Covered Parking for a Car! I heard from other people at the condo that there was a height restriction for their trucks, but it was wonderful for us. Great View! Lovely. Looks over the restaurant, at the Beach Bar, and the beautiful white sand and turquoise waters of Miramar Beach. Social Atmosphere-We were located right over the restaurant and pool area which was fun. There was some noise from the pool and restaurant but not past quiet hours. Everyone there seemed friendly/happy and our kids made a lot of friends. There are plenty of delicious restaurants in the area! Loved pizza next door at Cabana Cafe! Check out MooLaLa for ice cream. Elevators-2nd floor helps with speed. Be patient and take advantage of the elevator if there is any room. Not bad except had to wait a bit at 10am during checkout time. Take a Coverup/Shirt Downstairs-Coverups and shoes are required for the hallways and the restaurant that is inside Surfside. Beach Service-Nice during day, BUT we went down at 6pm first day & I asked the beach guys for chairs and umbrellas and they said they had already put them away. They said that they start to put them away after 3pm if unused then completely away by 6pm. But we actually didn’t use them much the rest of the time, we were too busy enjoying the water and sand. I highly recommend this Unit and Surfside. It’s a little older place but wonderful location and has all you need.

Very pleasant stay

Very impressed with the area, condominium building upkeep, communication with host and the condo unit itself. Only downside was the beautiful gulf view from the unit was detracted by the torn and pealing sun filtering film on the windows.

We have been visiting the Destin area for over 20 years and Surfside has always been our favorite place to stay. It is only a few steps from the beach, close to shopping, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and activities. The resort has always been kept in pristine condition and is a family friendly vacation destination.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our condo is a warm, inviting beach resort. The condo has a spacious living area for guests to gather watch TV, play games, and just spend time together. The building has interior, air conditioned hallways, a wonderful restaurant, on-site spa, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, large pool, hot tubs, kiddie pool, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and covered parking. Surfside is so conveniently located to all the activities that Destin has to offer, even offering a private beach just steps outside the door.
