Cette propriété est située sur l'ßle d'Okaloosa et offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique et des kilomÚtres de plages. Sable blanc comme neige, vagues ondulantes, dauphins et couchers de soleil. Nous fournissons également un service de plage gratuit en saison avec votre location. Deux mots: TOTALEMENT BEAU! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable condo for our family or 4 for a weeklong trip. Complimentary beach chair service was great. Having two bathrooms was nice and the kids loved the bunkbeds instead of having to share. Unfortunately, some basics are not provided like laundry detergent, beach towels, shampoo & conditioner, only 3 dishwasher packets, etc., so we had to buy a lot of items that we left behind since we flew in from Colorado.

Great New Year's Getaway

Condo was just as advertised. It was clean and well stocked. Rental company was very responsive to any of our questions. View is great! Onsite workers are friendly and keep the property clean. Good places to eat nearby.

Fun place right on the beach

The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. You couldn’t beat this place. It was steps from the ocean. A real nice place on the beach. The included beach service was awesome. One suggestion would be to provide a bottle of dish soap. Other than that it was perfect.

Very clean

The washer didn’t have a odor to it, which was very nice. The condo was very clean and a wonderful view. Wish the bedroom window had a tint or something to make it darker in the room, especially mornings. Overall very much enjoyed!

Great View and Location, Condo Itself Okay

We had a wonderful time, weather was perfect and view was absolutely beautiful. We really appreciated the complimentary beach chairs so we didn't have to lug our own down to the beach. The condo was very clean when we arrived. My only complaint is the furniture and datedness of the condo itself. My husband had trouble sleeping because the bed was so uncomfortable. We went to open the curtains to the balcony and the entire curtain rod fell apart. The lock on the balcony door was also broken and was "locked" with a board holding it closed. The hosts were very attentive and great to work with. The condo just needs updating. the

Very peaceful and restful and clean. We had an issue getting in because we had the wrong door code but they quickly responded. Professional communication from everyone including Al who works at Pelican Isle and our housekeeper Tenesia. Great amenities. Can use a pizza cutter. And perhaps a listing of restaurants or things to do as we don't know how to use Alexa.

The unit was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. It was nice to have the beach service, but unfortunately, it was over by 5pm. Had we known this, we would have brought our own chairs and umbrella, as I burn easily, and prefer to go to the beach in the morning and the late afternoon. Side note: we could not locate any additional trash bags in the unit, and when we asked for some at the front desk, we were told to contact the owner, as they did not service that unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall stay was good and the location of the unit was perfect. The unit was clean however there needs to be a little work done. There was no working light in the fridge,the kitchen sinks drain stoppers do not hold water. We would rent this again but the there were no grab bars in the bath areas and the commodes were low for us 76 year olds. There were no codes to get into the pool or work out room but the property management was able to get them. I give a 3 for how clean the unit was because I would think that if the cleaning crew cleaned the fridge it would of noticed no light in the fridge. I would recomend the unit to a younger couple.

Wonderful basic unit

The unit provided all of the basic necessities needed to enjoy a phenomenal beach vacation. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. I enjoyed not having to “undecorate” lots of decor as soon as we arrived. The unit is no-frills which I appreciated. The only drawback for us - and would not be a drawback for everyone - was the lack of games/books/activities in the room. This is not truly an issue, and we had a wonderful vacation without it but is something to consider for packing. The complimentary beach service is wonderful, but there was a new-to-us system for reservations. This will be something to consider for future vacation budgets. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

Property needs some updating. Not decorated ‘Beachy’ at all. The sink in the master bath was clogged, exhaust fans in both bathrooms need cleaning.
